Fitz’s Fish Ponds

History

Established in 2008.

The idea for Fitz’s Fish Ponds began in the summer of 2005 When Brian started to have an interest in ponds, water gardens and koi. While learning about all of this, Brian decided to build his own pond in his backyard fully stocked with aquatic plants and koi. The pond was installed and completed in the summer of 2005. While gaining a greater interest for ponds, Brian took a job at a local pond and koi business in the summer of 2006, where he broadened his knowledge on koi, pond maintenance and materials for building ponds and learned how to professionally install ponds and waterfalls. He decided to expand his home pond to 10,000 gallons with a state of the art filter system.

As friends and family visited his home, they were very impressed with the beauty and serenity of the pond and inquired about the cost to build a pond for their home. That is how Fitz’s Fish Ponds, LLC began. During the spring and summer of 2008, the business expanded into a complete pond service and maintenance
