Disappointed by my last visit. Took my car in for oil change and also the check engine light was on. I checked in my car outside with the mechanic as opposed to inside with the cashier. I asked the mechanic to find out why the check engine light is on and, if possible, to fix it. When I went to pick it up, I asked the cashier if they looked at the check engine light as it was odd that they didn’t mention anything about it. The cashier looked like she didn’t know what I am talking about and called in the mechanic. The guy forgot about the main thing I was worried about and needed to be fixed. Instead of taking care of it, he pretty much dismissed my concerns. He rushed to check the error code first, then came back and said he did a «Google» search and didn’t find anything for that code. Wow! Then, he said he turned off the check engine light and suggested to just watch if it comes back. I was shocked that this was his solution! I could have done the same thing. I thought Burt Brothers are professionals that take care of their customers’ needs. I drove away noticing that the check engine light was still on. I am so disappointed in Burt Brothers, I will take my business elsewhere. I only gave three stars because I think they are good at changing oil.

The guys who helped us were AMAZING and stayed past closing time to get us back on the road after a flat tire. They all thanked US as we were leaving. They didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience at all. I will be going back for all my tire needs.

I like the staff well enough — and the prices have come down — they used to be spendy. But they don’t respect your car. I had a drink cup from a fast food restaurant in the cup holder — and they parked it somewhere that a sprinkler did its worst. I’ve washed it twice and it the car is so water spotted that I am going to have to wax it to get it off. Not a good feeling after spending $ 2600. Maybe they should open a detail shop or even just fix the sprinkler system.

In the auto industry, there are so few truly quality companies who are honest and reliable. Burt Brothers is one of those! I have always had the absolute best customer service, the most honest information about my vehicle, and consistently quality workmanship. Everyone there is kind, professional, and treats me with respect. I am so grateful for managers like Matt who go out of their way to help customers. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Horrible, horrible customer service if you’re dealing with anyone other than the manager. The repair was done before I gave approval and then the service tech chastised me because he didn’t charge me the labor he COULD have charged me.

Although I had a wonderful experience with this location regarding the purchase of some rims for my car (see other Unilocal review at the link below), I wasn’t quite so lucky with the oil change process.
They somehow spilled oil all over my engine bay, and didn’t even bother to clean it up. So, as a result, my car smoked and reeked of oil for several days until I finally couldn’t take it any longer and took it back in again to be cleaned. This was during Christmas time, mind you — when I had several relatives in town visiting for the holidays. How embarrassing!
Burt Brothers stated that the oil dispenser had stuck when filling up the car and oil had indeed spurted out everywhere. They apologized for their mistake, and did indeed clean it up. However, they offered nothing for my troubles of living with the smoking and smelly car, or having to return to the location — nor did they offer any discounts for future services. As a matter of fact, I even emailed them a few times last week to see if they could, and/​or would, offer any discount for a future oil change; however, they never even bothered to respond.
It truly amazes me that a business would choose to operate like this and prefers to alienate what could have been a potential life-​long customer with this type of practice. Thus, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought 4 new tires. They damaged 3 of my wheels. When I notified them they said they were that way when I brought the car in. They were like new when I arrived. Do not go there if you have nice wheels. They will have the least skilled employee mount them.

I was so impressed with their customer service. I felt well taken care of. They listen to me and reassured me. I was visiting another state where I got my Goodyear tires and they covered balance, rotation, and a flat, no questions. I also needed my wheels aligned and I found another Goodyear location in Bountiful that was $ 10 less so Glenn nocked the $ 10 off their price and price matched it. When I got my car back it ran so smoothly and I could tell it was serviced with quality. There waiting room has everything to feel comfortable and suckers that kept my boys happy. Thank you for your exceptional and friendly service! I will be back to you and no one else.

Burt Brothers has been servicing my family’s vehicles for years and has always given us great service at a fair price. Also, they have very clean facilities with free coffee, water and Wi-​Fi while you wait. I highly recommend Burt Brothers to anyone looking for a fair and honest mechanic.

I had a great experience with Burt Brothers. What I paid was more than a fair price, and the staff was fast, and friendly.

Unreal, they totally tried to rip me off. They insisted my daughter change all 4 of her tires so the treads matched. My daughter I s a poor college student with a 2WD RAV 4. Just to be sure I was right, I took her car to 3 other reputable tire stores in town. ALL 3 said that was A COMPLETE SCAM! I highly recommend you avoid Burt Brothers. They have obviously become too arrogant and are now taking advantage of young kids who are inexperienced and don’t know they’re getting taken.

Replaced the tires on my car. They were efficient, have me a coupon to save me some money and checked the rest of my car. I’ve been here several times since and have always been happy with the way they took care of my tire needs.

Horrible!!! damaged my wife’s paint job changing the battery. Talked with Jason Burt who was going to get back me and never called. I feel bad giving them a one star rating that should be a ZERO… Stay away and be afraid, be very afraid!

Took longer than I expected but since they had wi-​fi I could work and wait. They are always very friendly and helpful (which is so refreshing being a girl walking into a tire place). I drive from Salt Lake for their service and it’s worth it.

I take my car here for all repairs except oil changes which i get done across the street at firehouse. I have bough a couple sets of tires here and they are always priced right, employees seem honest and know what they are doing. My father and grandfather both have all their repairs done here as well, so they have got to be good. The waiting room is very nice and alway clean, there is also free wifi which is of course a plus. I will keep going here, havent had a reason to stop yet.

I had a great experience with this location. I usually head to the local Tunex for car stuff, but needed to get an alignment done on the minivan. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
I called several places before settling in on taking the work to Burt Brothers. I found the prices to be competitive with the surrounding competition. The biggest difference was that they were able to get the work done more quickly.
The offices are very nice and there is a great waiting area. I usually want to leave my car and find something else to do for a few hours. The customer waiting area had comfortable chairs, magazines, free bottled water, coffee, and a big screen tv. I might as well have been hanging out in my den at my house.
They completed the work in the amount of time that they originally stated and the price quote was right-​on. They didn’t try and give me any of the, «you really need to get this done» chatter, which I really appreciate.
Be sure to look online for coupons prior to going in. I actually ended up saving $ 5 on my oil change and $ 10 on my alignment. This was over 10% of the bill, so a pretty good savings.
