Dane Anderson – RealtyPath

Dane sold our house in 2009 and was amazing! He brought a trailer full of supplies to stage our house and made the place look fabulous. The house showed really well after being «Dane-​ified» and the professional pictures he had taken for marketing were absolutely gorgeous. The showings poured in and the house sold very quickly, especially for the market. Dane negotiated hard in a buyers’ market to ensure we got the most out of our transaction. With his go-​to personality and extensive knowledge of the real estate market, he is the ideal Realtor. From staging to closing, Dane was there for us. He patronized our yard sale, bought supplies specifically for our house’s individual staging and marketing needs, and helped put in a little elbow grease on home improvements. He even took us to lunch after closing and gave us a thoughtful congratulatory gift. He loaned us his trailer to move and didn’t even mind when a little mishap led to a nice new dent in it. (Sorry Dane!) You can put your trust in Dane, he won’t disappoint. He is a little quirky, but that’s what makes him so good at what he does. He is our source for all our real estate needs.
