The Doug Cary Team has experienced an over 20% growth since established in 2006. During that same time over 70% of the agents in the business went out of business and very few agents and brokerages grew.

Business growth has come from exactly 2 areas: 1. As we continue to work on improving our ability to get our clients top market price for their homes the homes sell quicker, for more money, and we are referred to other people more often. 2. We spend 4 hours per day generating new business and finding new leads to buy the listings we have for sale.
