I think, These guys sell on Ebay under the name
. OR at least that is who my payment went to on PayPal. I Purchased 3 Vanity light fixtures for over $ 200.They were suppose to be Oil Burnished Bronze. I ordered on OCT. 31. On Nov. 13^th I finally got the lights only to find they were basically BLACK. No variation in color and No Bronze color. I requested a return and agreed to take an exchange for a different Bronze color in exchange for no return shipping being charged. I received labels, returned lamps same day and three days later received delivered verification with signature. I heard nothing from myligtingsource for three days. NO communication, no replacement notice, Nothing. On 4^th day I received an
email stating the new lamps had been ordered and I would receive tracking number when shipped. Day 7 no tracking so filed PayPal claim for refund. 2 more days nothing then email saying cannot ship as long as PayPal Claim is open. I would not close until replacement received. This was on Nov 25^th. Almost a whole month and no lamps. This is the response from the owner of the Ebay Site called

I am very aware of what has transpired with your transaction and up to this point we have been very nice and accommodating in trying to help rectify this situation. After the last 2 messages you sent tonight we are no longer dealing with you. We have instructed paypal to refund your payment, close out the case and will end all communication, do not contact us again. If you do we will report you to ebay.

IT HAS BECOME VERY AWARE TO ME THAT THIS COMPANY IS A DROPSHIPPER AND FAST SHIPPING IS NOT IN THEIR SELLING EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE AGGRIVATED BECAUSE PAYPAL GAVE A 10 DAY DEADLINE FOR SHIPMENT BEFORE DOING A REFUND. MY LIGHTSOURCE HAD NO INTENTION OF SHIPPING THE REPLACEMENT, AT LEAST NOT IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.
