Worst customer service ever!!! This person is a sham! DO NOT USE… YOU WILL BE SORRY. What kind of «engineer» does an hour «inspection» and only provides a 3 sentence inspection report. Then when you call states that its not his job to educate you on engineering. And if you want to pay more then he can right a better report. CALLS THE CUSTOMER AN IDIOT… HANGS UP PHONE…
