Alesandra Salon & Spa

Have had several wonderful haircuts and a beautiful enviable updo from Desiree in the past. For the first time today I had her do highlights on my hair, which was more of a color correction from another stylist/​location, and she did such an amazing job. She listened to my goals and concerns and beyond delivered. Couldn’t be more happy.
Also the front desk and shampoo girls are always nice and professional.

I went for a manicure as a birthday treat to myself. I didn’t get a soak and my cuticles didn’t get pushed back. I keep my nails long and almond shaped and the nail tech started squaring them and filing them down without asking. Two of my nails were done before I noticed so she had to file them even shorted to undo the square shape. I went from long, elegant nails when I came in and left with short, stubby nails reminiscent of when I was a nail biter. So disappointing.

This salon has everything you want and more: good service, professional staff, great hospitality (complimentary beverages offered upon arrival), all salon and spa services offered. I go to Daniela she does a fabulous job and gives good suggestions about styling when I ask. She knows what you need and knows how to get you the look you want. I recommend her for your next visit! There are paintings drawb by the owner all over the salon. A real top notch salon.

I had an awesome experience with Daniela! I brought one picture and she talked through the fine details. The cut looks amazing and I feel so beautiful! She is very professional and personable :) I highly recommend Daniela!

This places sucks! The way they did pedi was ok but it’s the way they treat you that sucks. It’s like they are doing you a favor and the manager is the worst one them all. Very rude people running this establishment. A little kindness would have been nice. The manager running the so called spa here need to be replaced. She was very discriminating!

The most wonderful staff I could ever ask for. I always see Julie and she always takes such good care of me she does beautiful haircuts and beautiful color!

There are a few things harder to find in this area than a good salon. That’s a salon open on Sundays and a briefcase randomly laying around with a lot of cash in it.
But at least I’ve found two of the three at Alesandra. This is a great salon, with a welcoming vibe, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. The stylist did a great job with my haircut.
They offer more than hair services, but nails and other spa specials. There is something for everyone.
NOTE: While they accept credit cards, they can NOT provide cash back for tips. They do have an ATM in the business though. This just seems like an odd policy.

Definitely not a good place to get your nails done. While the results are fine, the service from the other staff is absolutely horrendous. It was as if they were doing me a favor the entire time. No pleasant greetings or even a thank you. Also, I understand it was nearing closing time but there is no reason why someone would be sweeping by my feet. I will not be returning for any service, the staff needs a refresher course in customer service.

I am so happy that a good friend told me abut Alesandra! The spa is beautiful and clean. I have had such a hard time finding someone to do my hair and I LOVE Celina. Not only is she an expert colorist and stylist, she is such a sweet person. My hair has never looked better and I get asked who does my hair quite often. I love this place! If you’re considering getting your hair styled here, just GO and make an appointment with Celina. You won’t regret it!

I was given a SpaFinder gift card and Alesandra takes them and based on Unilocal results decided to try them out.
–Tatiana was my nail tech and she did decent work except for the fact that she hardly spoke.
–A bit pricey, $ 35 for Gelish mani and special for pedicure paraffin for $ 35, regularly $ 45. –She took 1 hour and 45 minutes which is WAY TOO LONG.
–No color palettes, instead, there’s a station with all the colors set out behind another tech, which can put pressure on you if you don’t have a certain color in mind
–She didn’t soak my cuticles and pushed them back dry which was a bit abrasive.
–I also didn’t see her pull out new tools, instead, she had them at her station in a little cup with disinfectant,(I think/​hope) not sure of the cleanliness and the receptionist suggested she may have gotten everything ready for me prior to the appointment.
— When she took me to the pedicure section, the sanitary oven once again was COMPLETELY empty, I think they may hold onto their tools instead of packing them in there to sanitize and sterilize.
— Trendy and overall very high end
— Other employees seemed happy and social

1 week after chipped polish–
2 weeks after– almost all off
I get pedicures minimum of once a month and this has never happened eveb with essie polish… not cool spa… I dont appreciate the poor service

Hair and skin I bet they are great but their pedicure was sooooo damn expensive for 30 minutes my polish was already partially dry by my 30 minute mark out of the 4 chairs I was started last but finished first wtf
After working in the industry I know what to look for and sadly their nail selection is lacking
The massage was none existent, therapists didn’t speak at all
$ 45 for this area I expect a lot more
I heard others have to tell their therapists the same detail a few time that makes me sad
Yes they offer you a drink but even those tiny walk in nail shops offer that now
The polish for Essie was very thin in application I was a bit surprised I love Essie that didn’t seem right
However the place is beautiful I just hate that I feel cheated out of my money and experience
It was clean, shape nails, light scrub legs dry, lotion (just apply no massage) polish
Like wait what?! This is a spa? Where’s the rest? For once I just wanted my pedicure to be over

I got a great manicure at Alesandra Salon & Spa. They have complimentary mimosas and it is just a nice, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I got an amazing french shellac manicure, best I’ve ever had anywhere (thin and natural-​looking, just how I asked), and also a polish change on my toes that was more thorough than some pedicures I’ve gotten at some rinky-​dink places. It is a bit pricey for general upkeep, but I would definitely recommend them if you want to spend a little extra time and money on being pampered and getting your nails done right.

Nice place. Good manicure. Went primarily for wax which was well done, thorough and reasonably pain-​free. Really. Lovely facility. Would recommend and will go on next visit to area.

I would not recommend this place. It’s over price for an «ok» job, the skill isn’t that great. I definitely had better experience and cost less. It’s just not worth the price.

Beautiful facility. Warm and welcoming staff. Rebecca is an amazing makeup artist! Go and see her! ! Their prices are what you would expect from a salon of this type/​caliber. I would recommend the salon to anyone living in the Boynton. It is certainly the nicest salon in the area and their service is impeccable.

Bit pricy but it’s nice mimosas are included! Anke for massage was good & patience for a facial! :) they also accept spa week gift cards!

My first appt. was yesterday. I got a trim and blow dry. My stylist, Stephanie was new to the salon. She was very sweet and personable. I give her 5 stars but only 4 stars overall because I feel $ 55 is a little pricey for a trim and blow dry. I will definitely go back but not for a few months.

Ever since I got pregnant, my skin has gone haywire. I thought a facial might help me get back to my typical clear skin.
I decided to book a facial at Alesandra’s spa. I arrived for my facial and wondered how their «spa experience» would be as I stood at the check-​in counter watching the hustle and bustle of the hair salon. As soon as the spa area doors closed behind me I was immediately in a quiet relaxing atmosphere.
My esthetician was also pregnant and talked to me about my skin care regimen before starting my signature facial. Overall, it was such a relaxing and calming experience. The greatest part, though, is that I noticed immediate results and my skin has looked wonderful for weeks!
I’ve told so many friends about the spa at Alesandra and my great experience there! I’ve got two friends booking facials for themselves and one friend bought me a gift certificate for another facial as a birthday gift. I can’t wait to go back and use it!

Don’t recommend getting a pedicure here. It was probably the worse one ever and it’s ridiculously expensive.
On a positive note, the place and the people are very nice!!!

Rob Rob Rob… you must get your hair done by Rob.
Not only is he quit witted and will bring you to tears laughing, but your hair will come out magically repaired from ‘chemical’ styling.
He did my low lights, and I loved it. My hair was such a complete mess, from all the styling, teasing, dry heat, and hair extension damage…(from working on TV and film). He gave me that much needed color I needed.
