When we stimulate these zones it helps to bring homeostasis & balance to the body, mind & soul. Reflexology deeply relaxes, which helps to reduce vascular constriction, so your blood and nerve supply can flow more freely.

It Started out in 2012 with loving YOUNG Loving Essential Oils and loving the Mission statement of Young Living which is —

We honor our stewardship to champion nature’s living energy, essential oils, by fostering a community of healing and discovery while inspiring individuals to wellness, purpose, and abundance.

This grew into a business of my own to honor and anoint others by sharing the oils with Classes, Foot Reflexology, Raindrop Technique, AromaDome Sessions & More.

Deb is amazing and so full of information! I went to my first make it and take it class today. We made sunscreen, hand sanitizer and hair conditioner. The class was fun, full of laughs and I can’t wait to go back. Deb is full off essential oil knowledge and just a warm inviting lady.

I have been to every single one of Deb’s essential oil workshops because they are absolutely unique and educational. They attract like-​minded people that want to learn about how they can make their lives better with the oils and Deborah shows us how.
