The Home Depot

I called to inquire if they had a certain item in stock and after calling once and being disconnected, I called a second time and after waiting about another 7 minutes on hold, a woman answered the phone. I told her what I was calling about and she was not polite in telling me it would be awhile before she could help me because she «Was all alone and was with another customer.» I told her I didn’t mind holding for a few minutes, until she was done. Instead of putting me on hold, I was clearly hung up on. My boyfriend and I shop there a lot, but the unfortunate customer service quality has ensured our money will be spent at any other home improvement store.

I needed a dryer. I found a very good one. A whirlpool guaranteed for 10 years. The price was very competitive, only 455. I figure whirlpool is still made in Benton Harbor Michigan so I found a great deal. The general manager Mr. Montgomery called me 2 days later as I had a minor problem in store. He fully resolved the situation and I will continue to be a satisfied customer. Thank you for your personalized service. And I also got my veterans discount.

Please go to Lowes! No one here wants to help, and that’s if you can even find anyone. Went to get a piece of plywood and needed to get it cut. Had to go a manhunt for an employee in the area, and just like in the Sears commercial, it’s pretty much mission impossible. Apparently the only person capable of cutting a piece of wood in half is «assisting» a guy driving around on a forklift. Basically, she just stood there with 2 flags in her hand for half hour. As it turns out, I was there at the wrong time and my presence there while waiting for assistance seemed bothersome to her. After letting her know we have been waiting for 20 minutes, she gave a nasty look and said she is busy and can’t leave her post. Wait, I thought the saw was her post? Anyways, it was too much to ask for the guy to stop the forklift for 1 minute so she can cut the wood or gosh for sakes make anyone else help us. 40 minutes later we left everything and walked out. Went to Lowes and got great and promt service! If I could give HD a zero star I would. Disgusting.

Busiest store around. Parking lot is always full. Came here for more paint. Only one associate at paint desk and 6 people waiting.
7 registers open plus limber end has both registers open.
Plenty of staff around. Seems like all is well.
Price point same as Lowe’s.

It’s Black Friday at the end of what I am sure is a long day my family and I weren’t able to get out until later in the evening we were wishfully thinking that maybe there would be a Christmas tree left from the add well there wasn’t but in the process of looking we came across a great man named lindsay first we asked him if there were any trees left and he looked and there wasn’t but they did have a floor model well he took the entire thing apart for is very meticulously while we struck up w conversation what a joy on this planet when you meet someone that is genuine sincere and really cares about others this man made not only our night but my kids were thrilled we will look at our tree and celebrate Christmas but we will always think of the kind man that helped us get it thank you so much lindsay we could not be more grateful

Not the best home depot that I’ve been to, but given its location there is always plenty parking and the staff are friendly and knowledgable.

This is probably one of the most comfortable Home Depot stores I’ve ever been in. I grew up tagging along with my stepfather, who is a contractor, to a variety of Home Depot stores all over South Georgia and North Florida. Now, I feel like I have a HD that I can really call my «own» for my first home’s tweaks and sprucing. Haha
The employees are always helpful and very creative when it comes to DIY home ideas if you are creatively trying to go off the beaten path and to also do your projects for cheaper. Also, the customers who frequent here are very helpful, too. I’ve rented a Home Depot truck to help move some furniture from a friend’s house and the paperwork was very quick.
Today, I had to pick up a wooden dowel and needed it cut down to 7 feet, I couldn’t do it myself at the «Do It Yourself» cutting center, so a nice gentleman who is a customer as well saw that I needed help and he came over and gave me a hand. He also gave me some very useful advice and other DIY tricks to have my project done cheaply.
I love my Home Depot!!!

In the process of sprucing up my home and my local Home Depot is definitely helping.
Pretty standard in terms of layout and product availability. Was able to find some help from the associates to answer questions about carpeting and paint!
Love that this place enables the Do-​it-​Yourself attitude about home projects! Looks like I will be making plenty of trips here in the days to come!

The home away from home. Whether we need something for our house or we are frustrated with dealing with a part that we don’t want to replace, this is where we end up at. We never had a problem with the staff. We tend to ask a lot of questions if we are not sure of what we are getting or doing when it comes to home improvement. And that’s the power of Home Depot.
