Our company offers over three decades of experience having successfully completed a broad scope of award winning projects. With this experience, we have a complete understanding of the process from conceptual design to final design through permitting and project implementation. Our in house management skills along with our state of the art computer graphics equipment, programs and skills allow us to complete work in an accurate and timely manner and provide the highest quality in house design presentations.

History

Established in 1979.

In 1979 Mr. Urban founded Urban Associates, Inc. a Landscape Architecture firm located in Bedford, New Hampshire and In 1994 he opene the office to Boynton Beach, Florida.

The firm collaborated with The Olmsted Office in New Hampshire to jointly prepare an updated master plan for Crandon Park, a 900 acre municipal park located on Key Biscayne Florida.

International work includes the World Center of Compassion for Children International Campus Master Plan in Italy and a custom home design in New Deli India.

Downtown Keene New Hampshire is a 1.3 million downtown redevelopment project that was completed by the firm. This project was recently selected as one of the top ten great public spaces in America by the American Planning Association.

Mr. Urban recently obtained Platinum certification for a workforce housing project located in Palm Beach County, Florida. See attached

Mr. Urban is the Founder and Principal of Urban Associates, Inc. He is a graduate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, in Landscape Architecture and has over 42 years of experience and is nationally recognized in his field. His work has been published in Builder, Better Homes and Gardens, Unique Homes and American Builder Quarterly Magazines. He and his firm has been the recipient of numerous design awards for projects located in south Florida and in New England States. He offers cutting edge Florida friendly sustainable landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting and stormwater management design solutions. Mr. Urban has been designated as a qualified public artist and has his work on display in both south Florida and in New England. The firm is based in south Florida but has designed projects nationally and would wide.
