Just after 2 years our carpet needed stretched. Never had this problem before. When I had them install it I ordered upgraded padding. Was told to stretch the carpet out it would be $ 250. Told them that wasn’t right for 1 month over their 2 year maximum. I finally sent email to corporate office and store manager called to set appointment to stretch free of charge. She didn’t seem to happy about it. Won’t be doing business as long as this manager is here or the installers they use.

Baseboards and door jam were damaged during installation. Tacks could be felt on feet in doorway. Carpet came unattached from doorway after 2 years. Carpet severely buckling. We paid over $ 1200 for one room of carpet and it is not holding up. This was in a bedroom and we do not wear shoes in the home or have pets. Customer service is not as good as Lowes or Home Depot.
