CornerStone Title is a new type of Title Company, one that delights customers with a great closing experience and contributes to the success and prosperity of its real esate professional clients.

The title industry is dominated by two major types of providers — small, local independent agents and large national underwriting agencies. The small providers tend to fall short when it comes to technology, systemization and polish. The larger providers often lack in delivering a personalized experience, local knowledge and flexibility.

From the beginning, CornerStone Title was designed to bridge that gap and deliver a personalized relationship experience combined with evolved, technology-​driven systems.

At the core of CornerStone Title’s strategy are three foundational principles — attention to detail, a sense of urgency and excellent communication throughout the entire closing process.

Meet the Business Owner

Mary H.

Business Owner

Mary is a founding partner of CornerStone Title and manages our business relationships with our realtor and lender clients. She also heads up CornerStone’s marketing and is frequently involved in hosting seminars and being involved in a wide range of community events.

Mary and Tom founded CornerStone Title in December of 06. With over 11 years of experience in real estate law, real estate development and title insurance, Mary wanted ownership in a company that was not only successful but significant. She created the company to not only provide successful closings but to enrich and be a blessing to lives and businesses of its clients.

Mary graduated from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York with a BA in Communications. She continued with post graduate education at Mercy College in White Plains, New York where she earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
