This massage therapist talks the whole time you are on her massage table. She hardly gives you any quiet time to relax and just enjoy the massage. I often left feeling more tired than before I got the massage from her. On top of that, she cross sells generic, sub-par, defective printer ink cartridges that she will not take back once you realize they are no good. She is unfair, unprofessional and selfish and just wants to make money but when it comes to standing behind the product she sells, she comes up with 1000 different reasons for not giving you your money back. But, she herself has no problem getting an entire leather furniture set replaced with a new one by the company she bought it from if she decides that they are sub-par and not performing to her standards. She has double standards and I wouldn’t ever trust her again with anything because she comes across as nice and genuine but when it comes to taking care of her customer by being fair and refunding her/him for defective and sub-par ink cartridges she sells to her massage customers, she completely disregards the problem and just blow them off, ripping her customers off without one bit of fairness or regard. How rude and unprofessional.
