Not professional. I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever. I would recommend someone who cares about their customers

Not a man of his word at all. Never cleaned up debris from a palm tree trimming. Had to hire out to get it cleaned up and pay an extra $ 125 for that. Excuses regarding his father getting hurt and problems with his truck … same stuff.
I could never ever recommend Kraner’s Tree service in good conscience. He will continue to scam until he learns how to be ethical. Use at your own risk.

Absolutely the worst. I should have known better based on his BBB rating. He did not honor his contractual agreement to us and stole a $ 500 deposit which he refused to return even when he could not do the job. He had a number of excuses, his father got hurt, his truck died, he was too busy, all would have been fine if he then just returned our $ 500 deposit and admitted he could not do the job. But instead, he massacred our front yard, left a mess and said that he would not return our deposit even though he did not complete $ 500 worth of work. He was extremely unresponsive and belligerent. I can honestly say, I would never hire Kraner’s Landscaping and cannot recommend him. I hope this will warn unsuspecting people like me to find more reputable and reliable landscape services. Check his better business rating.
