at the new location on cortez rd i was the only customer, still took 15 mins for simple salad app. angel hair, pruscutti, peas entrée. NASTY. CANNED PEAS
this cook is to lazy to use fresh peas says «fine dining» oh yeah… if u consider coke in a can fine dining.
drive on by and go to omas on the beach !!

Although the staff were friendly and welcoming the food was fair at best. Everything tasted pre packaged or jarred. My wife ordered chicken marsala which is a chicken breast sliced and seasoned and rolled in flour and served in a wine sauce. The dish she got was more like a chicken broth with pre cut chicken you get for tossed salad. I orderd the pasta carbonara and asked for fettucine but got bow ties, no pancetta in the sauce. maybe it was ham and the sauce was ok but classico sauce in the jar would have been better. My search goes on for authentic Italian restaurant in the Bradenton-​Sarasota area… in all the product I received was not worth the money I paid. This restaurant got rave reviews which leads me to think they never had great Italian food in this neck of the woods. They got us on a night when we were hungry and one star was generous.

Had an early dinner with family. We went simple with cheese bread, a meat pizza and a white pizza. All were hot, fresh and pretty quick. We ate outside, which was a bit odd, since there is a gas station next door (closed) so your view isn’t great. Maybe put some plants or something to add atmosphere? The servers were very nice, and since we were the only ones, very attentive. Seemed to get a lot of people picking up food. Apparently, they also hold a world record for the largest pizza!
