Planet Stone Marble & Granite

Totally ripped off by Planet Stone Marble and Granite! We paid top dollar for the small amount of Quartz countertop needed for our tiny kitchen. The installers spent maybe 20 minutes installing our two pieces of countertop (one very small) and left. We immediately noticed that our stovetop sat a full inch higher than our countertop and looked terrible! We called Planet Stone to ask their cooperation in helping us solve this problem. Instead of helping us, they took full advantage of our situation by charging us $ 500 — take it or leave it — to remove the countertops and reinstall them after we had a carpenter raise the height of our cabinets. Again, we have a very small kitchen and it took very little time to accomplish the removal and reinstallation. In the interim, the countertops were placed on our front porch just outside the kitchen; it didn’t even entail them having to return the countertops to their facility. All in all, a terrible experience.
