I was using a well known pest company for several years and paid hundreds of dollars a year for their services. They changed techs and the one that started to come made me feel terrible about my housekeeping (or lack thereof), was difficult to schedule, and in the end, did NOT solve my ant problem after multiple visits.
I met Safe Solutions at a business function and asked him about it. They were competitive with the larger company’s rates. When Joe came to my house he was prompt and easy to schedule (as in 9:00 — 9:30 window NOT 9 – 1 window), found several areas that the other guy had NOT treated that was necessary for ant treatment, explained what he was doing, and helped me understand what to look for to prevent future problems.
He had to come back (we had one of the worst colonies he’d seen) several times and each did an amazing job. He followed up with me weekly, checked in to make sure the problem was taken care of. Every time he came in he was prompt, respectful, clean, well-​dressed, and polite.
We’ve been ant free for months now. In fact, my daughter spilled Kool-​Aid powder on my counter and I didn’t find it for a few hours. Not ONE ant. (This from a home where we’d have ants literally on the dinner plates at supper time! Our daughter’s Halloween Candy was infested within a day, and pounds upon pounds of cat food had to be thrown away. So this was huge for me.)
