If you break or shatter your iPhone screen, don’t go here. We were at the point to checkout to pay for an iPhone repair and the lady behind the counter started asking for personal information that we did not want to share. We asked why they needed this personal information and the woman replied back very snippily and made a face like this was a ridiculous question to ask.
Sorry, but this is the United States, and just like you, I have every right to inquire as to why you are collecting certain information. Upon witnessing this reaction, I told her that she doesn’t need to have an attitude with me, that I just asked a simple question.
The owner of the store proceeds to come out from the back office and tells me to leave the store and that he doesn’t want to deal with me. Seems like I hit a nerve, which makes me wonder, what do they do with all of this information that they collect from other customers coming in? I’m not quite sure how asking this question deserves such an impolite reaction from both of these individuals.
The lesson of this is story is that you should always stick to an Apple store for such repairs. You get what you pay for, and in this case, that was rudeness and shady business practices.

I recently went in to Switch wireless and was helped by Will. I had stripped a screw inside my iPhone and was convinced I had ruined it. He pulled the screw out in less than a minute and did it for free! I ended up buying a few things after the fact but only because I felt indebted to the company! Thanks again guys! Great service, great employees!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I had a problem with my iPad 2 that flummoxed me for over a week.
I took it in and basically was out of there in five minutes with a fixed iPad.

Great place to go for all of your cell phone repair needs whether it be a battery, screen or anything else Switch Wireless in Sarasota is the place to go. I took an iPhone to be repaired in Orlando and the guys at Switch corrected their mistakes! They are courteous, speedy and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. We have used these guys twice now and recommended to friends. Always pleasant, fast, and they fix the phone to be like new. And Will — he’s excellent– he even came in on his day off to make sure I was good to go.

I brought in my Galaxy s3 to get fixed about a week ago. It was overheating and having some issues, so I took it to Switch Wireless under a good recommendation from a friend. They were quick and friendly, and now my phone works perfectly! Thank you, guys! You’re awesome!

In town for the week. Dropped off iPad for new screen SORRY MOM.
Anyway, they called me an hour before they said it was supposed to be ready. Good as new.
