Maybe you have wanted to get in shape for the stress reducing benefits but were not able to stick with it. You may have wanted to learn how to defend yourself or have your kids learn how to handle a bully. If you are like most of our students you can probably relate to all of those. Well, here is your chance to get all of it in one place. TaeKwon-​Do is designed to implement all aspects of a healthy body. This includes, strength training, cardio workouts, proper breathing, mental focus and self discipline. On top of all that you will learn self defense techniques, kids learn how to become bully proof and how to deal with strangers. You get a full body and mind experience at Traditional TaeKwon-​Do Center of Bradenton.

History

Established in 2013.

Kwan Jang-​Nim Gerhard Brunner was born in Munich, Germany and has been practicing Tae-​Kwon-​Do for 37 years. He is currently a 7^th Dan black belt and has been teaching for over 30 years. Master Brunner has gained international recognition and numerous awards throughout the years, including the Hall of Fame Award for Outstanding Traditional Leadership. After establishing nine schools in Germany he opened the first Traditional Tae-​Kwon-​Do Center in Tampa, Florida in 1997. Master Brunner was the first certified Kimoodo instructor in the United States. Since then his students have established 12 other schools worldwide and he is pleased to bring one of his students in the Bradenton area.

Business Owner

Kyosah-​Nim Chris has been practicing Taekwon-​Do for 20 years. He has trained under Grand Master Gerhard Brunner, a 7^th Degree Black Belt. Kyosah-​Nim Chris worked closely with GM Brunner as his Program Director for the last few years and together have received many awards, including Top Ten Martial Arts School in the US, and Hall of Fame Award.

In 2013 he was given the opportunity to open his own school and chose Bradenton as his location.
