DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ATLANTIC LOCK– you will be sorry.
They will take your money and not stand by the products they sell and install. They do not return calls and they have excuses for everything. I paid a lot of money for new digital locks in my house and in less than 4 months multiple ones are broken. I have been reaching out for over2 months now to have repairs done and there is one excuse after another. They claim the lock manufacturer is very slow at shipping. They believe they are going above and beyond by not charging me to come out and make the repair.
I support local businesses whenever possible, but this has been a huge disappointment and aggravating experience. I believe I would be receiving much better service from Home Depot or Lowes. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to hear how they respond.
