I couldn’t recommend Bay State Collision highly enough. I had my first accident, and all I wanted was to get my car back in it’s original condition. Ray helped me through the process.
Immediately upon arriving Ray looked at my car and identified things the insurance company didn’t in minutes (why neither I or the insurance company never looked inside the wheel wells, or below the spare tire for damage in a rear ender, I don’t know).
The day I dropped my car off they already had the parts on hand and ready to go. Bay State Collision not only fixed my car, and made it look brand new again, but they went above and beyond. My car was returned washed, the wheels were cleaned, and I swear they cleaned the inside of the car.
The process was easy as Ray helped get a rental car ready so I didn’t have to taxi /​walk around. I just showed up, he had a rental car ready and waiting.
When my car was ready (they kept in communication when there were changes) they were flexible with pick up times. All I had to do was drive up, swap keys and drive off. Everything was taken care of from an insurance perspective.
I would absolutely recommend Bay State Collision.
