Braintree Printing

Braintree Printing turned a catalog around for me in just a few days, the price was competitive with anything else locally and just as good as anything online using the same materials. Very happy with the print quality and the way everything turned out. Braintree Printing definitely went above and beyond, caught a couple of small errors in the layout and helped us to get them corrected. Would highly recommend them for their attention to detail and quality work!

They don’t seem to care at all. Emailed them the marketing materials I wanted to print on Oct 2d, got the email back saying the mailing team will call me in the morning (meaning Oct 3d) No one ever called me back the next morning. I called myself the following week on 10^th; again I was promised I’d be called back the same day which never happened. I sent them another email later in the day on the 10^th. Finally someone replied with instructions on how to improve the cards. And then actually another person emailed me saying that none told him to call me or something like that. At that point I just didn’t want to deal with this company. So I can’t say the service itself was bad as I haven’t done printing with them. Customer service didn’t impress though

They took my client and I on a guided tour of their facilities and sent us many samples at no charge. Fast turnaround and a variety of finishing service. Definitely give them a try!

I think KF must have been dealing with aliens or is a the competition … and it is the 24 hour rule not the 15 minute rule!

It is not a good thing to write a review when you have fire coming out of your ears over a business which is why I waited 15 minutes before writing this review.
Sir Speedy in Braintree has the rudest most stuck up people working for them. They could care less if you are talking about a one million dollar print job or a five dollar job they treat their customers like ass. They over charge and they take too long. They don’t want anymore business, apparently they are too busy. They have lost 6 new jobs from me in just the last 8 months, they can’t even be bothered to do re-orders…Good for them that they are too busy to take on new or old work I would love to have enough money that I don’t need any more.
I am going to work on that actually!
Good luck to Sir Speedy with great on line companies like Vista print around waiting to snatch up any and all business. Vista is quick, polite, efficient and so much cheaper than Sir Speedy ever was.
