This service is ok, but the way they are organized is awful.
They double billed me and when I called to clarify it, I was rerouted from 1 person to another, none of whom picked up or called me back. I got so sick of waiting for them to deal with their mistake that I called my bank and had them handle it.
As for their scooping services, they are ok. As far as I can tell, they come in and rake everything up and haul it away. They’ve missed some poo before but not that much. All in all, I can’t recommend them to anyone due to their deplorable customer service and disorganized/​fraudulent billing practices.
And to the owner who felt the need to comment on how he didn’t provide me with service–
Doody Calls’ finances are all handled at their national center, which means ALL billing goes through one place– the place that I noted above.
Also, the guy who ran the Doody Calls in Somerville, MA– I think his name was Jed– had the audacity to call me and threaten me when I put up this review, telling me that I’d better take it down in a voice I can only guess is one he uses when he’s trying to be intimidating.
So, to review:
National billing center that screwed up my $$, repeatedly.
An owner in Quincy who glossed over this in order to mislead readers into thinking that his location was somehow exempt from the crappy billing service.
Aaaand someone in need of a major attitude adjustment running the Somerville/​Cambridge area’s service.
I think I’ll pass.

Yes, this business is called Doody Calls, and they are a pet pooper scooper business. They will come and clean your yard so you don’t have to and they do it for a reasonable fee. Since they come when I’m at work I’ve never seen the Doody Calls scooper of poop, but they are thorough and my yard gets cleaned. Works for me.
