Dunkin’ Donuts

I feel like this Dunks’ is getting a bad rap. Every morning around 6 I show up threre for my iced turbo. Not only am I greeted with smiles from both girls, they are already making my coffee before i even get to the counter! The store is clean and the line moves super fast; in and out in less than 3 minutes. Perhaps the other reviewers are stopping in later in the day when another shift takes over. Thanks Maddie and Ana for outstanding service!

I will never go to this location again. Customer service was horrible. Also, the girls making the sandwiches were not wearing gloves the whole time.
When I noticed people who had come in after me had gotten their food already I started to look around curiously, wondering if maybe someone had accidentally taken my food. One of the girls making the food then so rudely stated to me «It’s been here the whole time. I called you a while ago.» I had been standing there the whole time; she had never said anything. Which would’ve been fine if she had just given it to me and I would not have been as disappointed with the customer service. However, it was her extremely poor attitude that surprised me. This is a woman who should maybe not work in customer service.
There are too many dunkin’ donuts locations with better hygiene and service to ever go back to this particular location.

Dunks girl 1 — Oh it’s more like AROUND 2pm they’re 99 cents

Dunks girl 2 — :starts making hot chocolate: Hey dunks girl 1 we’re out of hot chocolate. :gives us latte and hot chocolate:

Alysse B. — This hot chocolate is just brownish water
Me — my latte is just chocolate syrup in water with no espresso.

Gave them an extra star because… well the place was clean, girls were attractive, and it really just seems like they were trained horribly /​were new?
