I have been in the hospitality industry for 10 + years starting out as a host in a small privately owned restaurant all the way to managing on the corporate level for Legal Seafood as well as AVI Fresh. Food and restaurants are my passion. I couldn’t see myself doing anything else. From meeting new people to the creative freedom in the kitchen, everything about the industry is in my heart. All feedback, good and bad are welcomed. Being able to improve the guest experience through constructive feedback is a key element in making any business shine. I love what I do and am always trying to improve. Consistency is the reigning king in the restaurant industry and I work hard every day to provide that for my guests.
