I was in and out in 15 minutes.
I wish I lived closer.

I have been here a few time, every time I schedule an appointment with the owner. She is nice and friendly. I usually get a Brazilian wax, and she does a good job. The look fine, I thought they could give the Salon a little bit more decoration to add a touch.

I got the Groupon for a Brazilian wax at this salon and despite how against strip waxing I am due to the pain, I went today. I got Rihdi and she was so awesome. The way she talks to you during the process is very calming and casual to make it not only less awkward for you, but less painful because your mind isn’t so focused on the pain. She is very quick, and while there is no getting around the fact that violently ripping pubic hair out is going to hurt, she gave one of the least painful strip wax brazilians I’ve ever gotten. Side note: this does NOT mean that it won’t hurt. If you’re looking for pain free Brazilian waxing I recommend you either stop being a baby and deal with it for 8 minutes or just don’t get one. Moral of the story: I give this place a huge thumbs up!

Got a groupon for a Brazilian wax so I figured I would try this place out. Ridhi was very good! She was so quick and did not leave any hair. She was funny and made me feel at ease which is not easy when you are getting a Brazilian. I am very particular about waxes and I will definitely be coming back here!

Do Not get your hair done from this place unless you want your hair to be burned by her 35 years old brush set and without nozzle cheap blow dry. I have an A line bob haircut which she chopped it short even though I mentioned twice that I am growing my hair and just need to trim the layers and nothing should come off from the length! I got everything the opposite that I wanted. Lack of listening skills. Surprisingly she didn’t even know what’s a Dry Cut? Seriously! 30+ years of hair cutting experience and never heard about dry cut? On the other hand, this place is extremely dirty and un sanitary. I am very disappointed and heart broken the fact that I ended up with burned hair which are clearly visible but nothing was offered to fix the problem, no communication skills what so ever. Sadly I am back to square 1. Just save yourself and go somewhere else!

First off the place is less than clean, I mean who wants to use an old discolored brown towel while getting a Brazilian? The Brazilian wax itself was a poor spotty job. She left patches of hair everywhere and didn’t dare to wax the back side. The whole time she kept making excuses for her terrible job and she was clearly in a rush. She made no effort to make conversation and there was an awkward silence most of the time whilst barely waxing my lady bits.

I thought I’d try this place after getting a Groupon. This was my first Brazilian wax so I was beyond nervous. I was greeted by an older woman with tattoos, who was very nice and personable but did not do the job well. Yes, I know Brazilian waxes aren’t fun but this was excruciating at some points. She didn’t take her time at the end and was very rough at some points. I told her I needed a break and but kept going because she was almost done! Finally I asked her to do inside the labia and she refused saying the hair in there is for protective purposes against bacteria. But technically all hair down there is «supposed» to be there and my other friends told me that they go all the way with no problem. So I am going to see if I can go to another place to take off the extra hairs. Very cool lady but was not satisfied with the experience or outcome.

My aesthetician Guddi is so experienced and professional she makes it virtually a painless procedure. It’s my new go to place for waxing. Something as intimate as a Brazilian wax she makes you feel at ease.

I love RIDDHI !!! She is the best at eyebrows .It never hurts when she does eyebrows for me. The shape of the eyebrows are impeccable. She is so welcoming and polite .She knows what you want. I also waxed my legs (½).It was really great. The best part was I justed walked in and got it done immediately. No wait time!!! I am not working so 10am is great for me. I guess working gals need an appt. I have her number and will only get my eyebrows done by Riddhi. You are the Best !!!

I bought a Groupon to use towards a brazilian wax and had Ridhi and she was wonderful! I’ve been getting brazilian waxes done for over a couple of years now, so I have experienced the good and the bad with it. This experience was very pleasant and as painless as it could possibly get! The price with the Groupon is an amazing deal, but even if you don’t get the Groupon the regular price is still very reasonable (especially compared to many other places in this area that want to charge you $ 60 for a wax). I would definitely recommend this place when it comes to waxing, whether you’re experienced with it or not. Ridhi makes you feel very comfortable, explains everything to you, and gets the job done as quick and as painless as possible.

Amazing facials! It was a cute little salon and the female esthetician was very experienced at skin care. It was a relaxing facial and my skin looked amazing after! Highly recommend!

After three years of being a loyal customer, i still will not go anywhere else for my threading and waxes. I really want to try a facial after reading all of the positive reviews. Can someone help me out and explain what a facial entails?

I had a Groupon for a facial after a few friends told me that this place was a great place to get a facial. I was extremely pleased with my facial. My technician gave me a great facial and the face and shoulder massage was excellent. My face felt great for days after. I have had a lot of facials over my lifetime, my mom was an esthetician and I did nails professionally in a skin care salon for 20+ years, so I am very familiar with what makes a facial a good one. I highly recommend Patricia and Ess Aar. The room is relaxing and cozy, the prices are fair and the service is excellent. I will definitely be back.

I’ve seen Ridhi frequently for eyebrow threading. When I got there for my appointment yesterday, there were some ladies I did not recognize now doing the threading. The woman who did mine not only made them seriously too thin after my stating that I liked how full they are, just needed a clean up, but I have never been in so much pain from threading! I practically have no sensation left in my eye brows after years of waxing, but I literally almost had to ask her to stop yesterday. On top of that, there are still stray hairs and she took a chunk of skin off close to my eyes! That’s the whole reason I stopped waxing and started threading. Super disappointed because Ridhi did such a great job, but I’m just not sure if I’ll go back again. :(

I am very particular with brazilian wax because it is painful and can go wrong. For those who complain about the pain, you haven’t gotten enough wax to feel comfortable because it actually feels great after a while to be cleaned. I called same day for an appointment and was able to get one it. Ridhi was very nice and actually warned me it was going to be painful, but come on! I’ve been to 3 brazilian wax places the first was terrible, the second place i went to was amazing but it is too far for me in winchester. However, I will be coming back here because it is closer and I trust Ridhi to do a brazilian wax. Feels great and refreshing.

Came in here yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded and unfortunately I was not satisfied. I know I came in close to closing (30 min prior) but I was rushed into a seat and the threading was painful! It was so painful that around my eyebrows slightly swelled up. There was no alcohol or oil rubbed on after she finished. The lady who helped me was nice but unfortunately I will not be coming here again. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for four years now so I know what to expect & this wasn’t it.

Had a really bad wax here, when I went to the salon to ask for advice, the owner was really nice and offered to do me herself in a few weeks. The day before she called me and said she had to cancel my facial when we scheduled a wax, which should have been a red flag. The second wax itself was painless and quick, but I checked before leaving and she had missed a bunch of spots. I had to ask her to fix it in front of another customer, then wait 10 more minutes. Before my skin even healed, hair was growing back within 4 days. Upon further examination, she had missed TONS of spots. On top of it, my skin got incredibly irritated and painful. I will not go back here.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile, and I just kept putting it off for one reason or another… No matter, it’s here now!
I’ve been to this beauty salon three times now. I saw a deal on groupon for a deal on three brazilian waxes for ~$ 40, and it brought me to this beauty salon.
The first time I came here, I honestly almost did not want to come back. The service was okay — but an older lady did my wax, and it was excruciatingly painful, and when I got home, I saw there were sections that weren’t completely waxed off. Plus, the floor was dirty in the room where she did my wax, and that really irked me. Overall, I was pretty upset, and I seriously considered not going back to use the other 2 visits even though I had already paid for it.
I decided to give it another shot, and I went back for the second visit about a month later, and a different lady by the name of Ridhi did my wax this time. My experience was completely different. Not only was I so much happier with the outcome from this one (I was clean! and so was the floor!), but Ridhi also provided me with some of the best customer service that I have legitimately ever gotten anywhere, at any point in time, in my short young life. She was so accommodating, letting me come in for my appointment at 7, when they closed at 6pm (I had no idea until I walked in and saw their hours on the door); she was so kind, and continued to talk to me so I would feel more comfortable during this terrible process. And best of all, IT WASN’T PAINFUL!
I live in Brockton, and I drive 25 minutes, and past probably 4 or 5 beauty salons on the way, for Ridhi to do my wax every month now. I will literally not go anywhere else.
Yeah, sometimes it sucks to have to drive that far, and I have to plan in advance when I want to make an appointment (but because of my schedule, not because they don’t accept walk-​ins; they also have no problem scheduling same day appointments), but the pros outweigh the cons, and it’s nice to be able to go and have someone who really feels like a friend, and who cares about you, doing this. I never used to feel comfortable having somebody wax me down there; actually, it’s a pretty uncomfortable experience no matter what way you think about it. But I have no problem with Ridhi doing it for me now, and that’s probably the biggest deal to me.

I’m very sad to give this place a two star. Actually I wanted to give it a one star.

First impression: very nice greeting and warming and welcoming.
The Brazilian wax:
The most painful wax I’ve had in a while.
She trimmed my hair before she waxed, causing a lot of the hairs actually too short to be waxed.
I felt like she was doing a great job, being very in depth and going over the same spots many times I thought .
«Man I’ll be spotless» WRONG
After all the pain I went through I had to go home and go over with plucking, and actually waxing, myself.
This is TMI but the «beyond» part was barely waxed.
I gave 2 stars because she was very nice, and tried her best in my eyes. She finished with oils to help with the stickiness. Left with a 15 $ tip for a 22 $ wax.
No matter how bad of a service I get I’ll always tip for their time and trying.

Absolute worst wax I have ever gotten. Upon getting home, I realized the entire thing was like a dull shave. About 90% of the hairs weren’t even pulled out — just broken off at short stubble length. A wax is supposed to leave you smooth — mine felt like a day-​old shave. VERY dissatisfied. Seems that their specialty is threading, so if you’re looking for a wax, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Will not be using their services ever again.
