Business Owner

Jose E Perez is the broker and owner of EXIT Realty Plus located in Braintree, MA, helping both buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs. He previously worked for Century 21 and Success Real Estate, has over 10 years of real estate experience and holds numerous years of experience in the financial sector.

Clients have acknowledged Jose as a friendly, dedicated, and trustworthy broker and friend, always keeping the best interest of those he serves in mind. His previous real estate and financial experience enables him to provide clients the best of both worlds. In addition, Jose is dedicated to providing a strong environment for growth to his agents and colleagues, offering training and a residual program aimed at helping them prepare for life after real estate.

Jose is a life-​long South Shore resident. He graduated from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoy coaching his son in youth sports, volunteering his
