As the owner of Express Locksmith, I like our customers to feel comfort and security as we provide service at their location. With trust in mind, we hope to have customers call us whenever they need service.

The Quincy area is like home to me, so i enjoy servicing the surrounding towns as a locksmith. Well experienced as a residential locksmith providing: house lockouts, re-​keys, lock changes, lock repairs, new deadbolt installs, great chisel work for strike plates, door repairs, handleset installations as well as electronic lock installs. I also enjoy getting customers in their car from lockouts.

My parents called me alarmed that they lost their keys somewhere. To be safe, given that I live a state over, I called Express Locksmith to put a new electronic lock on the front door of my parent’s house. Chucky came highly recommended from family and friends for his professionalism and expertise. I gave Express Locksmith a call and my parents and I were beyond ecstatic with the work that Chucky provided. Chucky came out and did a phenomenal job, went above and beyond to make sure everything functions the way it should. He was efficient and paid attention to every detail, needed some alterations on my door to make the lock fit correctly and it looks great! Truly recommend this company to anyone looking for a locksmith.

I have an electronic lock, and one day when I got home around 10 PM, I realized my lock doesn’t work and it isn’t the battery! I live by myself, and it’s absolutely horrifying to come home with a door that wouldn’t lock! I called Express Locksmith right away, and Chucky came to the rescue. Best experience I’ve had with a locksmith. My house is old and after the holiday the doorknob on my bedroom door broke off. I called and explained the situation and the owner came very quickly. It was nice to see the picture matched who came to my house and he was very sociable which put me at ease. I always hated inviting a stranger into my house but his personality was very calming. He had a new doorknob that matched the others in my house and installed it fast. What really impressed me was that he noticed my door was crooked and scraped the door jam when it closed. He filed it down for me at no extra cost and now it closes perfectly. Very affordable and efficient work. I’ve already recommended him to my friends.

Chuckie is the best locksmith! He works very fast and can solve any lock situation/​problem. He was very accommodating with my request for next day service and took care of five locks/​doorknobs on my new home in Dorchester. He replaced the doorknob and deadbolt entirely on the back door and was very prepared and professional. I definitely recommend express locksmith as a trusted company!

It was 6am. Door lock to the store got jammed and keys didn’t work. The store had to open at 6am. We called the other locksmith but they said it will take 30 to 45 mins to get there. Then we called Express locksmith. Chucky answered right away and came within 10mins. We got in in less than 5mins. He was really friendly, honest and you cant beat the price. I recently bought my new home in Randolph (raised ranch style home with finished basement unit), and little did i know. I did not have all of the keys to the house, which I found out last night when my younger brother locked the door to the basement unit. I looked up some locksmiths around the area and found that Express locksmith was open 24⁄7 (very convenient) vs the Flying locksmith which were NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS AND CLOSED AT 5PM.
I called Express locksmith around 8PM on a Saturday, and Chucky the locksmith technician arrived quickly. Chucky was able to let me into my basement unit in 15 minutes, and while he was working I told him about my situation. I guess this was a good thing because Chucky asked if we had keys to the basement’s outside door. and he went to check for us. Guess what? We didn’t have those keys either. He said he can make the doors match any other key in the house if it’s easier to have less keys and we thought that was great! Excellent service, thoughtful, and very professional. Absolutely will recommend! Thanks again Express locksmith!

I sheared off the key to my front door and wasn’t sure what to do at that point. Chuckie answered the call right away, was at my house within 20 minutes and had me back in the house 5 minutes later. Amazing! He cleaned out the sheared off key, fixed the cylinder and now my door is better than new! Courteous and professional and super fast.

I had a mailbox key that got jammed and broke in half in the actual lock and I’ve never replaced a mailbox lock/​key before so it was time to go searching for professional service.
As someone who hardly uses locksmiths it can be daunting knowing what to expect for pricing, quality of work, and all the other factors.
Based upon a friends suggestion I decided to give this place a try and I was definitely very impressed. I was able to schedule an appointment the very same day and my locksmith Chucky drove over to my apartment and was able to install a brand new lock and provided two keys in a very short amount of time.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided his services at a competitive price point.
Will definitely be going back to them for any further locksmith services & referring friends to them.

The other day I called and scheduled a time for Express Locksmith to come out and fix a faulty lock at my business. The technician, Chucky, came right on time. When he tried to repair the lock he noticed a broken piece inside that couldn’t be fixed. He told me I needed a new lock so he offered me one at an excellent price and really went out of his way to go pick up and deliver the new parts. The new lock looks great and he even keyed it to my old key set. This is a friendly, professional, and trustworthy business that genuinely cares for it’s customers. I highly recommend them!
