Over 18 years of experience in state government successfully growing, leading and managing multi-​faceted programs and initiatives:

Implemented a web-​base application system for processing of veterans’ benefit claims that resulted in substantial savings to communities as well as effectuated proficient and efficient system process.

Automated the Annuity program that significantly reduced man hours of operations and resulted in timely payment disbursements to clients.

Excellent track record of interpersonal and negotiation skills that resulted in improved communication and collaboration with community stakeholders and union personnel.

Instrumental in increasing employee work production by improving office morale and open communication flow.

Instrumental in garnering federal funding to support employment and training endeavors, homelessness and outreach efforts and the first statewide veterans’ Suicide Prevention program.
