Bob Gorfinkle’s practice has concentrated in the areas of estate and business planning, as well as in elder law. He is the past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; past President of the Norfolk and Plymouth Estate and Business Planning Council; former adjunct professor at Boston College Law School; author of articles appearing in Estate Planning, Journal of Taxation, and The Elder Law Report; quoted in the Boston Globe and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly; and frequent lecturer in estate and business planning and elder law before various professional and non-​professional groups. Martindale-​Hubbell Law Directory has awarded him with the highest rating (AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.0). Bob received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Boston University, his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University Law School.
