If I could give this less than one star I would. I was promised a necklace could be ordered and delivered by a specific date. Not only did the gentleman not look to see if this was in stock before placing the order and taking my money but he didn’t even order it that day, I received a call the day before the scheduled delivery date that I wouldn’t have my item in time. I will never go in here again.

I absolutely love my engagement ring that my fiancé got at landers. It is so unique and the people at the store were incredibly nice and helpful. Just had our wedding last week and now have an amazing wedding ring custom made to match my engagement ring. Love them :)

I have been a loyal customer at the Braintree store for many years. Over the years I have made several large purchases with the ownership. Recently my wife and I went back in to have a diamond ring repaired (the stone fell out) going back to pick it up they Grossly Over Charged my wife. So we took the ring to our local jeweler repair and he informed us that we got Ripped Off !! We went back to ask for a refund and the Owner was incredibly rude to my wife. Needless to say I would Never Ever shop there again ! Nothing like backing up what you sell ! They seem friendly taking your money but have an issue and they just WAVE YOU OFF !! BUYER BEWARE !! Plenty of Bigger and Better places to buy Diamonds in the Braintree area!
