I’ve been coming to this Braintree location a few times for their loaded soup bowl with chicken(use to be called gumbo). People here are always friendly and smiling. Never a long line that doesn’t move like chipotle. The soup is consistently hot and delicious. They don’t charge extra for guac. Portions are huge. Always clean tables and bathroom.

Not bad for a quick lunch!!! Dont really like their new menu… They used to have the you pick 2 items and the mexican gumbo which was awesome. But now their menu is just like chipotle

This is the best joint out of the 3 chains(Qdoba, Chipotle, Bolocono). They have more choices and combinations to choose from. The burritos are packed to the max. None of this partial spoon full of chicken. I ordered a burrito and it probably weighed 3 lbs. The guac is free but then again, the average burrito cost a dollar more than say Chipotle so it’s not really«free» but nonetheless, it’s a nice touch. Staff was friendly too. Also, if you take the survey on the receipt(Takes less than a minute to complete) you get a code for free chips and salsa. They have great chips(though salty which is one reason they are so good hah) and salsa. My only complaint is they give too many chips for the amount of salsa they pair it with. They practically fill the paper bag with chips and can probably feed 2 people.

I love the food and staff here and come about once a month(give of take). I am writing my review because of one particular visit I had this week. It was in the middle of the snow storm and many people were griping about being out, having to work, the lack of plowing etc. etc. I walked into Qdoba and received smiles from all the staff there. They were fully staffed, professional and efficient. I ordered 12 tacos for a group. That amount of tacos is sort of unexpected. They could have told me to take a hike(or at least made me feel that way), but they were super accommodating. Three of them teamed up to make it happen and I was in and and out in about 10 minutes and they were also working on other people’s orders. The food was awesome as always, it was prepared efficiently and with care(had to make some modifications). They were awesome. One of the guys even offered to label them all for me! They care, they do a great job and have awesome food! Thanks!!!

Far better option than chipotle. Guacamole is included and you don’t feel like your stomach is turned inside out afterwards.

I don’t go here often and typically don’t bitch about my fast found experience since you get what you pay for but this place is a little pricey and stingy on food portions. The staff was very pleasant. The food average at best. I got some tacos with my burrito and I have to say I propped them up on an angle on the dish and just let the grease from the meat run out for a while before attempting to eat them and regret it later. The burrito was ok usual stuffed with rice and add ins light on meat or poultry. He taco shells were very stale and an unpleasant experience. I don’t know if they were left out from the night before I was there at noon and expected a little more freshness. The cookie for desert was the best part of the meal. Couldn’t wait to get out of there with the family two booths behind With two ungodly loud obnoxious uncontrolled brats. The floor looked like a war zone all around the booth and typical yuppie parents didn’t give a flying burrito about it. Unreal.

My loyalty has switched from Chipotle to Qdoba this year, and I don’t regret it! This one is conveniently located off the highway, and it was a perfect place for a quick bite. I got my usual– the kids meal bowl. It’s actually a perfect choice for a petite girl who wants a reasonably portioned meal without succumbing to food coma. The place is busy, friendly, and equipped with many electrical outlets for the travelers needing a break from the highway.

I love this Qdoba! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly! I don’t even have to tell them what I’m ordering anymore! They know exactly what I want! The place is always super clean and I’m constantly seeing the staff cleaning the tables, floors and even the front doors and windows. The bathrooms are always super clean, too! Do I dare say. this is taken over m number #1 spot over Chipolte… YES!

This is becoming my go to place. The staff is friendly, they will customize your entrée as you want. Menu keeps on improving with new flavors. Last time I went there, I tried the queso diablo — its spicy and that is why I ordered it but it have a Smokey flavor which I personally not a fan of. I wouldn’t order that next time but it’s just my taste. Free guac. Yummmm Plus the free chips and queso, can’t beat that.

Not to bad. The food is good. Just clean it up a little. Tables are dirty and there is trash everywhere.

They have a good amount of options within the Mexican inspired menu, and the people who work here tend to be really nice. Fresh, quick, and clean.

Tried this spot 6 or 7 times in the last 3 months. I have been getting the soft tacos. Beef and Chicken are good but I prefer the Pulled Pork. Add Guacamole, Sour Cream and a little hot sauce. Quick, easy, and satisfying.(but not too filling)

It’s not always about the product a lot of it is how that product is given to you. With that being said I went here today ordered my food and all of a sudden the server had a mini temper tantrum. She started slamming metal plates against the counter while saying I only have 20 min left in my shift this is ridiculous. When we went threw the line of food she would only spoon on a small amount, in fact when she handed it off to the next person in the line he went back and added more without me even saying anything. We all have bad days at work but the cardinal rule is to never let it show in front of a customer let alone a room full of customers waiting behind me. Foods good but that doesn’t make up for the service especially when chipotle is directly across the street.

Stopped in for lunch the other day after running some errands. The interior is very clean, it is set up weird though. Tables are also very close to each other. They have a lot to choose from. I do believe their meat is lacking in the seasoning department, but there does seem to be a fair amount of salt on the meat. But, not on the chips! Go Figure! Guac is now free with your meal. Its a chain place, a few steps above Taco Bell, but you wont be transported back to Mexico.

I think this is the first Qdoba I have been to, but I may be wrong. I thought the staff here was excellent — they get 5 stars. I got the pick 2 combo thing and it was definitely enough food. I probably could have split it and been good. I thought the pork and shredded beef were better than the chicken(yes I managed to consume 3 different animals at lunchtime — hello carbon footprint!). For a casual/fast food place I thought the layout was good with lots of different seating options. I agree with some other people that this is a bit pricey for lunch — with a soda(free refills) mine was under just $ 10. Personally, I only feel it was pricey because I generally spend $ 4 or less by bringing my lunch or grabbing something small at my work cafeteria. Bottom line: I would come back here for a burrito or some tacos.

Large portions, but a little pricey in my opinion. My shredded beef was salty, but everything else was delicious. Very friendly staff and new and clean dining area.
