It’s a scam — they recently went from a nice downtown location to Braintree and West Roxbury. If you purchased their laser treatments (which do not work well) they give you a lifetime guarantee with a catch — you can only go in during off peak hours. well now that you’ve closed Natick and Boston. and the new Boston is only surgical you leave Braintree as the only option — Gee. sounds like the majority of your downtown customers will not be revisiting you or ever purchasing other services. Buyer Beware. stay far far far away. I was lured back by deals (shame on me) but received chemical burns and razor cuts during various services. They are not professional and you can get far better pricing on micros and peels elsewhere.
