Now I went back Christmas Eve because I ordered online to Arsenal Watertown location to pick up 4 items. Then they call me and say they only have one item call customer service to arrange other pickup locations. So 1 was at square one mall the other 3 Braintree. I get my 3 but my mug yes the mug again now had a bubble on it. The girl told me to come back on Friday or call to ask if they had another purple contigo mug. I waited til today Monday 12⁄28. I called earlier in the day to fix and they fixed the problem. Easy as pie. Mug was pretty decent. I picked up mug took quick glance and left. I got home and realized they misspelled a word coffee. I’m done w this place. Now I have to call corporate or go back to another one. They still wouldn’t honor the 50% off on my other item from a week prior. I’m posting a picture of the error.

Horrible customer service experience with them! I recently purchased a medal from their store as a gift for my brother for being the ring bearer in my wedding. I asked to have the medal engraved with his initials. My brothers initials are CWM. When I picked up the medal, the W was the large one and in the middle. It was supposed to be the last name initial as the large letter in the middle. The C also looked like an E. This woman sat there arguing back & forth with my fiancé to the point that I just said whatever lets go. I was sick and in a rush. The next day I had my parents go back and try to get the item fixed. I also wanted to purchase another medal for another family member and have some flasks engraved that we purchased elsewhere. Now, the night before we were told the flasks would cost $ 17 altogether. The woman also told my fiancé it was cheaper because we purchased them outside of their store which did not sound right to me but why am I going to complain about it being cheaper? My fiancé also repeated this back to her so we did not misunderstand. So my parents dropped the flasks off & they told them it would actually be $ 30 on top of the $ 17 and that the woman misinformed us. This was their bad so they should have owned that. My parents then gave them my brothers medal that THEY screwed up and they refused to fix it because they claimed we told them that is how we wanted it! Blatant lie! So they suck and didn’t fix their mistake. Then when my father went to pick up the flasks, one of them had a huge scratch. Instead of trying to apologize to the customer and make it right this beast of a woman argued back and forth with him and again refused to fix it. So, my complaint is not so much with this store. I’ve had great experiences with them in the past. But you need to get rid of this horrendous lady who is doing nothing good for your store.

Handy place for commemorating those special occasions, as they engrave whatever one wants on most items. Woman I dealt with was efficient and courteous. Not cheap, but as this Mall has morphed into Chestnut Hill or something, it isn’t that outrageous compared to other shocking prices at other establishments.

One of the worst customer service I’ve received in the longest time. I purchased 7 items online that I figured it would be easier to return in the store. Last night when I arrived, there was only one worker and she was too busy to accommodate us. She looked at our online items in the box it came in and said she’s just too busy tonight to come back in tomorrow morning — fine, I understand. Today I came in, there were three workers in the front, including the woman from last night and as soon as they saw my online box without a greeting — «we can’t return purchases made online» WTF? They don’t even deserve one star FORCED to rate them from me.

I bought the most amazing bracelet here for my Brother-In-Law for Christmas. They were slammed in December. They had it engraved in less than an hour! It looked freaking fantastic! My Brother-In-Law loved it. I don’t know how they did it. But, they did! Kuddos to them… I felt so bad for them. But, they somehow pulled it off! Thank you! I’d definitely go back and order something again. Next time I’ll be a better planner and go in earlier!!!

The only thing my dad had really asked for this Christmas was a nice flask with his initials on it. Simple enough. Went online first to look at their selection, had quite a few to choose from at reasonable prices. Went into the store later that day knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales person directed me right to flask selection and it seemed they had everyone available that I had seen online. He recommended a great font that complimented my dad’s taste and also for a small picture engraved of a golf ball and tees that I hadn’t even thought to add next to his initials. he was extremely helpful, asking the right questions and listening to what I wanted. I was excited in and out and back in an hour and half to pick it up. Came back to get my dad’s gift and it was exactly what I wanted EXCEPT for a huge scratch through the first initial :(sooo bummed. They were very nice and apologetic about it and told me they could redo it and have it ready in 20 min. Would’ve been great it I was on my way out so I wasn’t going to wait. No problem thought they said I could pick it up anytime later that week or 2 weeks even. Went to go get it couple days later and it looks great, no scratch. So besides that little snafu I’m very satisfied with the gift. Also have gotten some great ornaments engraved there as well. Be careful though, prices add up quickly on top of the ornament price with different fonts, $ 3/word and decorative pictures. Great place for personalized gifts though.
