Ok. I absolutely love TJMaxx but this one had one of the worst employees I have ever encountered! I was looking at the purses and a saleswoman (Louise) I made sure I got here name, came up next to me and grabbed a purse off the hook and proceeded to complain out loud about how people can’t hang them back up correctly.
I proceeded to walk over to the jewelry and she walked over with another employee (who she looked to be training but I’m not positive) and started complaining that the customers were messing up the jewelry counter. Really??? The other woman looked embarrassed. She went on and on and on.
I stood there for a good ten minutes because I just couldn’t believe how inappropriate it was.
Nobody wants to go out shopping and have to listen to someone bitch the whole time. Not me anyway!!! Such a shame too cause it’s close to me. Oh well! Brockton one is way better!

I am not usually one to write a bad review however I am a frequent customer of Quincy tj maxx and have never had s problem until today! Nya had to be the rudest, customer service rep I’ve ever met, felt as though I was an inconvenience to her at the register, and slow omg, she actually answered the phone while I was checking out, never have I ever had anyone so rude wait on me at any location, NYA needs to go!

Wonderful customer service. The place is always clean and well organized. Doesn’t carry the runway items like some TJMaxx, but it has everything else. Great size parking lot and Home Goods are right next to each other.

Norwood, MA
Better than other TJ Maxx locations in the Braintree area, but still not great. After coming here on 11÷20÷13, this place had a very good selection, but not very good service and the line was long. Probably will not return as this is far for me (Norwood) and I feel there are better TJ Maxx locations in the Norwood area.
