I have taken my car here on two occasions, and both times they did a good job. They appear to run a professional operation.
They are also open on Sundays, and have a pretty fast turnaround, which is great. Prices may be a tad high, but if the service is good I don’t really mind.

Ten bucks for a basic exterior car wash is WAAAAAYYYY too much. And they didn’t even dry all the body panels, let alone the door jambs. Terrible.

They helped me with my old Saab. They discovered why it was acting up. After all the oil changes I got at other places they told me my «fluids were topped off».
Well All Tire & Service discovered that was not true.
My transmission fluid was empty and burnt.
Saab’s need a special «key» to get into the trans fluid.
They managed to do it.
Although the damage was already done and my trans was shot (when I came here), I got a new car but thankfully they helped me make my car last a few more days til I could get a new one.

They are now open on Sundays! Friendly staff, and did a great job fixing my brakes and getting them delivered. Very pleased with the work and I will return again soon.

I drove out from Staten Island in my 02′ Prius because I’m a huge fan of All Tire Co. and this is «their» car wash. I specifically was interested in their «Express Detailing» service that cost $ 89.99 (~$ 96 w/​tax) because it included shampooing carpet seats as well as mats and floors. The employees were polite and professional. You can’t make an appointment for the service, but it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, so bring a book. I walked over to 25 Burgers to grab a bite while I waited. I was very happy with the result. I had to sit on plastic on the ride home because obviously the car would need time to dry out on the inside for a while longer, but I didn’t mind. The windows were spotless on insides and out, my car was lightly waxed and looked pretty good for an 11 year-​old car. The mats, floors, and seats were clean — not perfect but, again, its an old car. My steering wheel front had felt sticky from old rubber deteriorating and they were even able to get that clean. Next time I might go earlier in the day because my biggest complaint was traffic, but I’ll definitely be going back.

Spoke to Don and agreed on a price and appointment date to replace all 4 tires on my SUV. Nice enough guy and willing to be flexible to keep customers happy.
When I show up that day, Don is not in; but there is another guy called Joe who is not only clueless and irritating for not knowing what it is that should be done and how much to charge but he is also totally rude.
First, he tells me I need wheel alignment, which was included in the quoted price. So I inform him about it, to which he responds: that’s extra! I then tell him to contact Don about it. He says he is not reachable and that I will have to either pay extra or not get the alignment. Later I find out that I had not asked him nicely to call Don, but instead, I had «told» him to call him; and apparently this made him upset. This is after 1.5 hours in the wait room on my way to work in the morning… I had no time to be waiting around and I certainly had no intention to come back again the second time for an alignment. I show my frustration by crossing my arms and looking at him. He then gets nervous and flustered and asks me why I am «squinting» at him and why I am positioning myself in a «threatening» manner. I admit that struck a nerve, so I raise my voice to firmly tell him to either call Don to confirm what was agreed to or take the tires off. He says he will take them off for a normal labor charge. Lucky for me, there were a couple of new customers just walking in the shop, so he decides to play it cool… at least until they both leave their cars and go on their way. The arguing continues for another 15 minutes and then he calls his mechanics so that they can be witnesses to the «threats» I am posing to his wellbeing. He steps aside and points to the camera in the back warning me that all this is being recorded… as if somehow this will be used against me (kind of comical but a little bizzare). The employees awkwardly laugh about it and one guy actually just offers to do the alignment for me (I guess this happens often enough???). Joe promptly stops him telling him who is boss. He «orders» me to step out of the shop until I decide to pay him.
Long story short, I get my cell phone out and suggest I call the cops to sort things out. Joe decides he cannot rip off this customer and reluctantly does what was originally agreed upon in the first place. To tell you the truth, I am not a car expert, so I have no idea let alone any faith in this guy that the proper work was done on my car as promised. It is a bad feeling and a terrible way to start the morning.
Whatever customer Don may be able to retain or the mechanics may be able to please, this Joe guy is surely going to chase out. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGAIN!!!

Be very careful. Purchased a set of tires a few weeks ago and went home looked at my itemized bill. Lots of charges the didn’t go over with me. But most important — they added the $ 40 charge for extended warranty without my authorization! That’s like buying a TV at Best Buy and they add the extended warranty at the register automatically without asking. I called to complain, and they told me I was crazy not taking the warranty and debated me. They told me they would refund my credit card for the $ 40, but that was weeks ago and I still don’t see the credit.
