Established in 2001.
Started in 2001 when we felt the need to establish an authentic pizzeria &Italian restaurant in the area. Since our opening we have strived to maintain a level of consistency and quality that goes unsurpassed. Being here for 14 years has only solidified our motto and belief. Buon Appetitto

Started at my fathers pizzeria in Bayonne N.J. 30 years ago. From there learned Italian cooking at Alfredo’s on Staten Island throughout the 90, s. Opened Trattoria Uno in Branchburg in April of 2001 and still greeting customers today !
