History

Established in 1983.

The agency started as a Nationwide Insurance Agency and has grown into an independent agency representing over 20 carriers. Our agency is a family owned and operated business, now with the third generation of Talley’s serving the Brandon community.

We are proud members of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Business Owner

After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration in 1982, Chuck decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career in insurance.

Following extensive training with Nationwide Insurance, and becoming dually licensed for Property & Casualty and Life & Health with the State of Florida, Chuck opened his own Nationwide Insurance Agency in 1983 in Brandon, FL. Through years of great service with Nationwide, Chuck won several awards, including the Chairman’s Council Honor Roll, and several Life Insurance Designations. To provide increased options for his clients in the ever changing Florida insurance marketplace, the Agency became an independent in 2008. Since then the agency has grown to offer coverage from over 20 different carriers. Chuck has continued to stay active in the community, regularly donating to causes like the American Cancer Society and USF Athletics, and is currently a board member for the YMCA Camp Christina.
