I am very particular about chiropractors. I only really trusted one back in Chicago as I was very skeptical of the chiropractic field in general. Moving from Chicago, I was concerned that I wouldn’t receive the kind of chiropractic care that I was used to, but when I found HealthSource of Brandon and Dr. Polley, I knew I found a new home.
Not only is Dr. Polley a knowledgeable and exceptional healthcare provider, but his staff is the most positive and friendly people that you could meet. They are communicative, inspiring, motivating, and professional.
What I love most about the practice is that chiropractic care is fully integrated with physical rehab/​therapy. This combination, along with consistency, is what drives the healing and wellness process. You could not ask for a better physical therapist than Christy. She is amazing.
For anyone that doubts the results of chiropractic care, I can honestly say that Dr. Polley, his staff, and HealthSource of Brandon can deliver. I cannot recommend them enough. As a former skeptic, Dr. Polley and his team are the real deal.

If you are suffering with neck, back pain, etc. Don’t look any further because Dr. Polley and his staff will solve all that suffering for you. I have been going to Dr. Polleys office for a couple months now, my boyfriend first found them on Unilocal and saw all the great reviews Dr. Polley had so I decided to try them out. Since the first day I was seen till now I have been treated like family. Dr. Polleys assistant Christy is the best as well, she has a great personality and is always welcoming when you walk into the office. She is great at her job, she is the one that deals with insurances and the rehab, she even helped me find a payment plan that was suitable for me. Overall this office gets 5 stars for having a Doctor that you can trust, and that also solves the source of your pain, and for having great customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

After going to a few other chiropractors in the area, I tried Dr. Polley’s office. I was immediately impressed by the thorough exam that not only focused on my x-​rays but on my physical movements, flexibility, and balance. No other chiropractors had ever looked at this before. Dr. Polley came up with a thorough plan to get me feeling better — including physical therapy, adjustments (which are fantastic!) and massage therapy. Maggie, the LMT and Christy, the receptionist/​therapist always greet you with a smile and obviously love their job and profession. The exercises, stretches, muscle releases are very helpful and I am feeling so much better already, just ½ way through my treatment plan. I look forward to coming to each appointment, the office environment is so friendly and welcoming (not to mention the fun music playing to workout to). Coming here is inspiring me to be healthier in my own life too. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a chiropractor! I just can’t say enough good things about this group!

I am very pleased with Dr Chad Polley and the health source staff. Very professional and just great people to be around. I have referred people with back pain to him and they were very happy with the progress in a short period of time by reducing pain and mobility. I get adjusted there as well and highly recommend them to anyone looking for no non sense approach. My son each night would complain about neck pain after having his tonsils taken out at the age of 5. I was told the patient is inverted during the procedure and you are not laying on your back. I finally took him to see Dr. Polly when Seth was eight years old; I’ve never been to a chiropractor to date. Seth has not complained about neck pain every since.

My children and I have been patients of Dr. Polley’s for 3 yrs. now. I have never received the excellent level of care his practice offers, from any Chiropractic office. I have had 3 back surgeries. Prior to going to HealthSource I couldn’t even sleep on my left side as my entire left side would go numb. My daughter’s have all had excellent treatments and Physical Therapy there also! One daughter was in a car accident and had a Tremendous amount of back pain. Regular treatment and Physical Therapy helped wonderfully. Another daughter injured her knee during Dance Rehearsal. Regular Physical Therapy and adjustments completely naked and relieved her knee pain! My oldest daughter had knee problems from basketball in middle school. Regular adjustments and Physical Therapy allowed her to exercise and walk. Which she had previously been unable to do, pain free. My most recent gratitude for Dr. Polley/​HealthSource is for recognizing the signs of Concussion/​Brain Injury that I myself missed as a Pre-​Med Student! His rapid response to get me diagnosed and get me the treatment I needed I will forever be grateful! 5 stars!!!

I had been going to a different chiropractor before I came to see Dr. Polley once my old Dr. went out of business. I thought things were good before but I didn’t realize how much more there was to be offered for my recovery until after I started coming to HealthSource. They have so many different approaches that get me actively involved in my recovery instead of just passive treatment. Christy and Tim always greet me with a smile when I walk in the door and they make coming there so much more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend anyone who has been in an auto accident or has back pain!

I feel so much better with regular visits and Dr. Polley is very knowledgeable and do whatever he can to help you. My last chiropractor could barely get a pop out of my mid back area but he gets multiple with ease. The office staff is very nice also.

Powerlifting can put a lot of strain and weight on my body, causing some neck and back aches. Competing in Worlds this November is a once in a lifetime opportunity, Which means I need my body to be in the best condition it can be. I began seeing Dr. Polley after being in a bad car wreck. He has been working with me since 2011 and has given both pre-​surgical and post surgical care. He was thorough, helpful, and did not try to set me up for weeks of continuous treatments just to generate revenue for himself like so many in that profession tend to do. Dr. Polley is the REAL DEAL when it comes to truly knowing how to treat your condition, and get you to a better quality of life. I wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone! I love that Dr. Polley works with young children to help prevent any issues. My daughter is 5 and was diagnosed with allergies. I wanted a second opinion so I visited Dr. Polley. He was so thorough with his assessment. Claire has had 4 adjustments and guess what… the drainage from the «allergies» is gone! I am so impressed! I don’t have to medicate my child and now I have a better understanding of how chiropractics works. Thank you Dr. Polley!

I had a car accident several years ago that resulted in severe whip lash. I have suffered with chronic headaches, neck pain and stiffness for years. I saw Dr Polley give a presentation recently about children and managing their wellness for sports. It was fascinating. I had no idea how advanced chiropractic technology had become. The presentation was replete with examples of children that were athletes and were dealing with chiropractic issues that obviously would limit their longevity in sports and general well being for that matter. It was such a compelling presentation that it reset my historical perception of chiropractic medicine. I would recommend Dr Polley highly.

I own American Plumbing Solutions. In my business, it is too common for us to experience back issues. For years I have ignored the pain and worked through it. I had never seen the need to visit a Chiropractic Doctor. This past Thanksgiving, I had an issue and could not handle the pain. So I made «THE CALL.» It turns out that Dr. Chad Polley is a miracle worker. After my adjustment, the pain was gone and I was back at near full mobility. I have been going back for weekly maintenance virtually every week since. I truly appreciate Dr. Polley and his staff for keeping me pain free!
