I have been doing my best to not only grow this company, but make it better along the way. We have grown our fleet from 1 to well over 10 in these few years. I think a large part of our success is our Chauffeurs. I do not have a lot of turnovers. My Chauffeurs stay with me in part because of the way I treat them, but also the way our wonderful clients treat them.
