We reached out to Have them provide us with an estimate for new carpeting and not only was the price fair and honest but the work was, in a word, OUTSTANDING! We love it! The installers were super friendly and very conscience about keeping our home in order during the process. They installed within hours of arriving at our door. These guys are a class act and a must for your next flooring needs!

I recently purchased a townhouse that had really nice carpet but it needed to be stretched both downstairs and upstairs. I found My Floor Connection on Unilocal and gave them a call and spoke with Joe based on previous reviews. Joe and his business partner were able to meet with me at the townhouse within 2 hours. They gave me a reasonable estimate. And the best part was that I didn’t have to wait for the work to be done. They offered to do it right then and there! Within a couple of hours the work was done, the carpet looked beautiful, and they were awesome to work with. They were very trustworthy. In fact, at one point I had to leave them there to pick up my daughter from school. When I got back everything was done! I felt comfortable with them and I feel I made a good choice!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. When I called to get an estimate for carpet stretching they gave me a straight price per room which made it easy understand what I was getting.
It was several days before they could come so the evening before they were to show up they called me as a reminder. Since I was just moving to the area it REALLY helped me keep the schedule straight. Even though it was a small thing for them yet it was SO helpful for me.
They sent me Carlos who was very friendly and answered all my questions as he worked. Carlos worked straight until the job was done which was over four hours without taking a break.
Very honest worker as well. My carpet had a bad mend in one spot so when it was streched it ripped. I wasn’t in the room at the time and Carlos could have ignored it since it was almost impossible to see anyway. However, he immediately told me what happened and what he was doing to fix it.
Because of people like Carlos, I will always have no reservations on using/​recommending this company again.
