Appointments was at 3pm, didn’t get called back until 410pm. Why bother making an appointment?

This place is great! Went in for a cleaning and check up. Dr did an oral cancer screening with a blue light. Lots of technology. I will be back

Yes. You may wait a long time. Yes, you may not be seen EXACTLY as your appointment was scheduled. I will tell you to allow about an additional 90 – 120 minutes in your schedule to be seen. There is a reason for the wait, and its not that they are behind the scenes putzing around-​you don’t achieve quality if you focus on quantity.
Each and every individual patient is treated as a PERSON, not a number. People come and wait because Dr. Assing is great and his staff is great. He’s the only dentist I’ve ever had who was able to drill a cavity out of my mouth w/​o numbing first. He gave me the option, but he knew it was shallow enough that he could do it with out it. and I trusted him to do so.
I was born with low enamel and despite my best efforts, i’m no stranger to cavities. Recently I had a large cavity on my back molar, and I was concerned that I might need a root canal. Dr. Assing also believed that it might require it as well. I didn’t quite have enough money to afford a root canal-​and I choose not to put anything on credit unless absolutely necessary. I asked Dr. Assing to drill the cavity out, and if he must do a root canal to do so, but try to avoid it if you can. After over an hour He successfully drilled and filled the tooth, saved the nerve and saved me over a grand. I have absolutely no pain. He made the choice to save the nerve and save me over a thousand dollars when he could have done the opposite. That’s called quality of character.
So, if you have to wait in a chair and listen to boring elevator music, trust me. its worth it.

This is the most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever seen! For my first appointment, I obediently arrived 20 minutes early to fill out mounds of paperwork. I then waited 2 hours to be seen for 10 minutes. Made an appointment a month later for a crown. After being sent incessant reminders of the appointment, I was called less than an hour before my appointment time to tell me they are running way behind and I may need to reschedule. When I became upset, the woman I spoke to acted as if she had been trying to call me all day amd like it was my fault that I had already left work early. They ultimately agreed to see me «but I may be waiting a long time.» Oh, the receptionist also said to me that I should expect these things on a Monday. I won’t be back!!!

Asked me to show up thirty minutes early to do paperwork I had already completed from the website. It is now 40 minutes past my actual appointment time and I haven’t been given any updates. I need to get back to work. Not pleased. I’ll keep looking…
