Success has been based on understanding the clients needs and providing clients with the latest technology applications, data information, and critical information for big real estate decisions. The first half of the career was with Eastman Kodak was as a Regional Marketing Manager with Eastman Kodak. At that time, Kodak was in the top 10 of most recognized brands in the world, until digital imaging changed all that. But, marketing skills developed over those years provided a path to develop the most advanced real estate listings services available. No longer believing a real estate agent should provide only the 3 «P’s» of a listing which are PUT on MLS, PUT a sign in the ground and PRAY. In order to get a homeowner the highest price, in the shortest amount of time on the market, a new, more advanced marketing process had to be developed. And in was the new 3 «P’s!» They are «Price, Preparation and Promotion.» It is that new marketing system that has created success for home seller’s. And buyer’s are not left out with the latest tools for buying a house.
