A Touch of Romance

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here. I cannot begin to put into words how great I feel when I’m here. I love shopping for fun bedroom stuff, whether I need something cute to wear or something practical for use, or, when I’m most «vulnerable” – toys and new prospects for getting funky with my man.
Heres where this place stands out from the rest – it doesn’t feel «creepy» in any way. I don’t feel swarmed by dudes watching what I’m into or anyone judging what I’m looking at. 90% of the time, the employees are super friendly, open, and comfortable with every detail of their job and that is very classy to me. Yes I said classy. Sex is a very very important thing in human lives and it should be enjoyable and applauded, not shamed or judged. I love exploring things with my guy or myself and these girls can answer every question I have or make honest easy going suggestions without seeming uncomfortable, judgmental, pushy, or weird about things.
I’ve had guy employees here too which were great but it’s been a long time and I usually go to the females. My BFF and I will keep coming here and encourage other people looking for their «spot» to do so too! (No pun intended) ;)

I bought some underwear I was told that I could return for store credit, but when I went to return them they said I could not return them. Three if the four had tags and were NEVER WORN. There return policy SUCKS I will never return.

I like this store although their staff can be a little aggressive and intrusive. I think they are trying to make their customers feel comfortable but don’t get that the items they sell are highly personal. They have a great selection of items and I always find what I’m looking for. Go in, take a look around you are bound to find something fun and exciting :-)

Just went into A touch of romance in Brea. Kristin S. Was such an amazing help. We needed help finding gifts for a naughty x mas party we are going to, and she helped us find the perfect gifts, she then put that extra touch buy making the packaging look so pretty. Had such a great experience cant wait to go back. Touch of romance u rock :)

Anna was super knowledgeable and friendly. She made what would usually be an awkward experience for me into a super fun shopping trip. Any question I had, she gave me an answer. She was more than happy to show me around the store when I had any sort of inkling of what I wanted. Thanks Anna!

Terrible customer service… Called to see if they had a replacement charger for one of their overpriced toys and was told to buy another one as products use universal charger. No solutions, just sell, sell, sell.

We swung by A Touch of Romance en route to a bachelorette party in Vegas. The gal who greeted us was nice but it had very little selection if you’re looking for lingerie – especially with sizes. We were short on time and options so we essentially chose whatever items that we could find sizes to.
But the perk? 40% off a regular priced item if you check into Unilocal

So I came into this location NOT for me. Lol. Although they were super nice here and they did have a nice selection of «goodies» i’d definitely come back. Our cashier Jessica was very outgoing and was extremely helpful. She let me know what sales were going on and even wrapped my gift up nicely. Make sure you bring your ID here!

They have great selections for your fantasias and what turn you on.

Chelsea was extremely helpful when I was trying on tons of Halloween costumes! She told me about the specials but I didn’t know about the 40% check in discount. Are they still offering that?

Very helpful staff. They made me comfortable and offered everything on sale and showed the new fun latest products. I will be back.

Came in here all by myself to find some little things for my boyfriend and I to enjoy on our little getaway and the employee that was working was so nice. She suggested this chocolate game that I ended up buying and it was super fun. They also have the condom bar which is super nice because it’s buy 12 get 6 free. If you check in you get 40% off one item too. Can’t wait to come back with my boyfriend!

This place is a lot of fun with tons of different items. The ladies here make you very comfortable and explain anything you want to know. I went with a friend and we giggled here and there about the CRAZIER items they have but it was a successful trip and will be returning soon.

Five stars because the employees are really on top of it when it comes to customer service. Sex shops are usually uncomfortable but they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease about asking them anything. They did upsell me but that was just me being a sucker and not be able to say no. But I’m completely satisfied with all of my purchases! They have a lot of sales on heels and clothing! I wish they had a wider selection of heels and pumps though :(

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Even though the nature of the business is adult fun merchandise the atmosphere is much of a major department store. Good selection and pricing. Don’t forget to check website for in store specials like I did.

I really like this store for all of our intimacy needs. It’s wonderful that they have all the condoms on display, to feel the different styles. The staff that works here is very knowledgable about their products and it very willing to help you find what you need or suggest something if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. We have bought many lubes and oils here and are always satisfied. The environment is very nice, and classy. The only suggestion would be to have more verity of restraints. There is only a small section in the corner, which is ok, but I would like to see more. It not awkward shopping here at all.

I had Stefy (Not sure of the spelling) as my help, and as uncomfortable as these places can be she really made it easy to look for some special items.
She was very helpful, knowledgable and helped ease any «uncomfortableness» that could have been experienced at this location.
