Above and Beyond Rain Gutters

I called and left a message requesting quote. Two weeks later received a call by saying they were very busy and would call back in a week to schedule an estimate. I agreed and requested to please make a notation I would take the first Monday appointment they had available no matter how far out. Almost a week later I received a call stating I know you requested a Monday but your estimate is Wednesday the 21^st (5 days notice). I said ok I may be able to take off work what time. Her response oh no we don’t give you a time you have to be available all day and we will call you the day of and tell you what time we will be there. Me no thank you. Anyone who agrees to that gets exactly what they deserve. They have zero interest in what you want.

Rain gutters were completed on my house by Rick from Above and Beyond Rain Gutters on 12÷1÷14. I can see every detail after he did the job since it was in between rainy days. I am very happy for what he did. If there is a way to give 10 stars, I would give him 10 stars or more.
Actually I was shopping around to change my old rain gutters since this October. I called two other companies, which had the best ratings on Unilocal,and left messages, but they never called me back. Rick called me back right after I called.
His material is under 100 years warranty, and the labor is under 10 years warranty. Awesome!
I was always concerned about rain overflowing to the front door area, but I forgot to mention it to Rick. After the installation, I was very impressed that he had installed the standing flat plate on the gutter of the left side of the front door to prevent the overflow. How did he know that even though I did not tell him about it?
His price is very reasonable, and he is the professional expert.

One more thing: he has cleaned very well after his work. I came home, and I didn’t have any trace of the work except the new gutters.
My house is beautiful now.

We called for estimates on a weekend. On Monday morning Rick (I think??) was at our door to give an estimate. Very responsive. Their estimate was a little higher than their competitors, but they included more downspouts, so it was better value,
They installed the gutters when they said they would. A one-​day job. They actually added more gutters than they bid.
A couple of storms later, and everything is fine.
Their price was good, They did what the promised when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. No fuss, no muss. What more can you ask for?

Above and Beyond provided excellent and comprehensive advice, an accurate quote, and very professional installation of seamless aluminum rain gutters. We’ve had some storms pass through and now that the rain water is controlled, I no longer have filthy windows and dirt splashes on the side of my house. The gutters and downspouts look and work great.

Very professional– quick response to my email– was looking for seamless and they had various examples for me to look at. Easy to deal with. One of the lowest prices in LA or Orange County. VERY easy to work with!!! Would highly recommend and use again!
