I have gone to ACT for my personal and business computer repair needs for 7 years. They are professional, reasonably priced and very fair.

Been coming here for several years to do basically system restores, hardware upgrades, and to sell (when possible) computer parts no longer in use. Also brought a friend along when he needed a new computer built and what parts he should get. Overall Willy does a great job, knows what he’s doing, and have a good rappaport with him.

My son’s computer stopped working. It wouldn’t even start up. I was not ready to spend hundreds of dollars on a new computer. I noticed the computer repair sign driving by and went in to see if they can get it working. Willy was very helpful, gave me a free estimate and 4 days later my son was back on playing his computer games.

I had noticed the computer repair sign for years passing the shop near Imperial & Brea Blvd. When my HP was running horribly slow I took it in. I was prepared to need a new laptop but they were able to wipe it to the original factory settings and save my data. It turned out I had malware and I thought the $ 85 was very fair. Thanks guys!

I dropped off a laptop and desktop over a month ago and I have NOT heard from these folks at all. I called and I was assured that he would get back and I haven’t heard since. These type of small business gives bad reputation. I am surprised to find them on Unilocal.Opening it up for people to make more complaints.

This is the first place I come to when I need my laptop repaired or find myself in need of parts for my desktop. Every time I’ve come to Alliance, Willy and his staff have been absolutely helpful and exceedingly informative. He has always given me a great price on repair work and has been upfront with me whenever I ask questions about his merchandise and if he doesn’t have a certain item in stock, they make quick work of getting it in no time. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I have an issue with any of my computers!

Hmmm… I’ve really thought about this but think it’s important to post this. I live in the area and one evening I was looking for the power cord for my laptop and couldn’t find it. I was 99% confident I knew where it was (but not at my home) and I was leaving in the morning to help someone with paperwork for a domestic violence restraining order.
I went to Alliance Com Tech in Brea on Imperial Highway at 9:00 a.m. and told them «I’m 99% sure the where my cord is but I don’t want to take a chance and drive all the way to my destination and by chance, not have it available» and explained why. In my mind, it was simply making a good decision because the paperwork was so important and I just didn’t want to take a chance.
I looked online and a new cord would be about $ 14 to $ 20, once again, just didn’t want to take the chance due to the nature of the paperwork that needed to be processed before noon the same day.
Everyone needs to make a living and I understand business but the price he quoted for a cord he had tossed in a box with random items was $ 50.00!!! I should have walked out but my morals and obligation to the person I was helping made a quick decision. By the way — I was doing the paperwork AT NO CHARGE.
So here I am with a very old and used power cord that cost three times what I would have paid for a NEW ONE and YES, the power cord was where I thought it was so now I have two.
I don’t know what you think, but success of any business is based on customer service and being fair — as such, you’ll get repeat business. What the owner didn’t know (and never will) is I’m in the process of purchasing 6 — 8 additional computers and would rather hire someone to set everything up. Obviously, not with this store.
Business is business but taking advantage of the circumstances of another is a shame. Shame on you Alliance Com Tech Inc.

I always get great service when I bring my computer problems to this store. The owner’s name is Willy and he and his coworkers are so friendly and helpful. They never talk down to me, but I learn something new each time I visit. Pricing is always fair too. I have been sending my friends and family to this shop for years now with great results. So, I am confident to refer anyone to here.

Great place to have your computer problems solved. I have only had one experience so far, but it was successful, and the help was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

I’ve been doing business with Willy at Alliance Comtech for 18 years, which says a lot. I have my own IT company and I purchase all my computer components and parts through Alliance Comtech. The owner, Willy, is honest, knowledgeable, and very helpful in solving problems. I wish I could give ACT 6 stars, they are that good!
