«Boardwalk» is closed, and it is now«Identity Boardshop» Friendly acknowledgment from the sales associate upon entry, and offer to help me look for anything I needed. The store is organized, and not crammed full of inventory. But there is a lot of stuff to look at. Holy Rainbow!!! The inventory of Rainbow flip flops was amazing. They had all of the colors, with rhinestones, in all of the sizes. I was totally impressed. I found just what I was looking for, and the sales associate was super friendly. I will definitely be back.

So remember in the 90s when Boardwalk was an actual skate shop? Than they started douching up the place by carrying v neck shirts for your typical cauliflower eared meathead. Well now apparently they are owned by Liberty Board Shop down the street, but with mall kids working. Happy Holidays!

This shop is really small and it’s almost hidden between Macy’s(men) and the food court. I was impressed that almost everything was marked down lower than their retail prices. Some might have been cheaper by only 5¢, others by 50% from the original price. Yesterday I came in and was just browsing. The guy there said they have the same management as Liberty on Brea and Lambert, which is more of a sk8 shop. He ended up giving me a $ 5 off $ 25 coupon that can be used for both stores.

This store is a is a hidden gem inside the brea mall. Located upstairs tucked away in a corner next to Macy’s it’s easy to overlook. What I really love most about this store is that they have a wide selection of clothing and accessories and also ‘hard-to-finds’. Their hat collection is extensive and impressive, and they usually don’t have more than 2 or 3 on hand in any particular style. What that means is you won’t be seeing your cousin Timmy or his friend Billy with your hat at the next family BBQ. Every inch of the store is covered with merchandise so you could easily spend an hour or two combing through this place; and if you’re an indecisive shopper like me that can be scary. Lastly, the customer service is unparalleled. There are usually 2 people working at any given time and they actually acknowledge every customer that walks through their doors. They will usually ask me if I’m finding everything okay at least 2 or 3 times before I leave the store, and what I love most is that they don’t ask as they’re walking away with their backs to me like most retailers do these days. Hands down this is the best clothing store at the Brea mall.

I rather enjoy walking into this store. It is right next to Macy’s Men section at Brea Mall. They have a great selection for Toms, Obey, Diamond Supply, Rainbows… those«hipster» clothing that are so in for mostly men. This is the store I buy my toms. They always seem to have my size, a 5.5. I really love this place because they do an artist drawing on your toms. Its an special event to get custom drawn toms! They are very adorable, well done, and I love that this store does the event. The next one is on August 11, so I would recommend going to check it out! I will be there to get another pair of Toms… possibly with a Micky and Minnie design drawing. Prices are a little marked up than retail value, but they have sales sometimes that make it basically the same price.

Prices are marked up a few dollars more than retail value. FAIL!
