My daughter and I absolutely Adore her and her staff :)
My daughter is now almost a teenager and has been going to her since she was 2!

My family has been going here for a long time. We feel like family now.

My family is well cared for at Brea Children’s Dental.

Brea Children’s dental is the best pediatric dental clinic around. Because Dr. Mondejar treats her patients in a very caring, patient, and gentle manner. She takes her time with every single one of her patients. You will never feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and is a master in her profession.
The facility is very very clean. The staff is very easy to talk to. They have exceptional manners and are very personable.
The dental clinic is very kid friendly. There are familiar cartoon murals on the walls to welcome the kids. And the staff always have smiles on their faces when we visit.
This is the only dental office I would take my child to. I can honestly say I TRUST Dr. Mondejar and her staff with my child. They are the absolute best.

My teeth have always been problematic growing up, no matter how much I brush. I found Dr. Agnes through Unilocal a few years ago and asked if I could come in for a check up even if I was 18 (at the time), and they said yes!
I’ve never had a bad experience at this dental office. Dr. Agnes is really light on her hands and works efficiently with her assistant. She is really the gentlest dentist I’ve ever had. I go in regularly for my check ups and cleanings without fear.
Not to mention, this office is super nice! They have TVs in every room and in the waiting room playing kids movies (who doesn’t love a good Disney movie while at the dentist?) the waiting room has a small area for kids to play at and magazines for adults to read. The office is decorated with hand painted murals and relaxing colors, perfect for kids and adults alike.
I recommend making an appointment as soon as possible because they do get booked. Also, they are open on some Saturday’s of the month! :)

Dr. Mondejar is a great dentist. My wife and kids see her and we really enjoy how knowledgeable and gentle she is with her care. My wife recently had a crown done and is very satisfied. She does a great job and we are very happy with her services. We also like the customer service of Maggie at the front desk too!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Mondejar for the past 11 years that my girls go to her. Not only do the kids look forward in getting there cleanings every six months but also enjoy seeing her. Dr. Mondejar does her best to make any type of procedure a pleasant one for the kids. She does great quality work– I’d know because I worked by her side. Although I have a bit of a drive to her office I will always find it worth it. It’s important for me that my girls learn to trust and feel comfortable with their dentist, as this will benefit them in the future.

I have been taking my 2 kids to Dr. Mondejar since my daughter was 5 and my son was 3. Both my kids LOVE the atmosphere and are not afraid to go to the dentist. My son also has special needs and everyone at the office has been very helpful and patient with him. I always recomend this dental office when any of my friends or family are seeking some place new for their kids.

They’ve been taking care of my 3 kids (age 7, 12 & 18) dental health for quite some time now and I must say that I have been very satisfied with their services. Dr. Mondejar is very professional and that goes to all the staff as well.

I have 2 kids (boys) and my youngest can be the hardest patient ever. But Dr. Mondejar took care of him and much to my surprise that my son listened and behave like he’s having fun in Disneyland.
Dr. Agnes Mondejar is the best. It has been over 6 years now and my kids have no issues going to her as their dentist.

We came in with our 2 years old for a teeth cleaning. She had her 1^st teeth cleaning with another dentist when she was 1.5 years old. We were happy with our previous dentist but she was way too far and too booked. So we decided to give Brea Children Dental a try after seeing all the Unilocal reviews.
The staffs and the dentist were friendly. But for the service, we expect to get a full service, simply a check up and a teeth cleaning, not just a cotton swap that was dipped with fluoride. Dr Angus gave us a lot of information, in which i doubt what she told us was real. If your child was discovered by the school that he/​she has bad tooth, they will take your kid away if you don’t care of it? My friend, who has 2 kids growing up in Brea, also go to this dentist, told me she never heard of that.
My baby left the dental office with her plaque on her teeth still. The dentist explained that the baby DIDN’T LOOK LIKE she wants to do it so we won’t do it this time. … SO, we paid and WALKED OUT WITH HER TEETH UNCLEANED.
Both of us weren’t satisfied seeing her teeth uncleaned. And we will rather take a day off from work to take our baby back to our previous dentist.
UPDATE: Took my baby back to my previous dentist in Santa Ana. We got the tar off her teeth. Cleaned and cavities. She didn’t cry until our dentist trying to polish her teeth. We are happy her teeth got cleaned.

Compassionate and very children friendly! Highly recommended!

I have been taking my son here for years and I can’t say enough how much I love Dr. Agnes and her staff. My son had to have excess dental work done at a yound age the experience was so horrifying that I was terrified to take him to a dentist again. I was then referred to Brea Children’s dental and what a difference. They are so amazing with children… and with their parents. They put on cartoons to ease the children and the rooms are all decorated in child friendly themes. I got to them myself for cleaning because I am a big baby about going to the dentist. Just to close this rave review… even though I moved out of the area (30 miles) I still bring my son to Brea Children’s Dental!

Dr. Agnes Mondejar is the nicest woman ever. She has been working on my teeth since my first dentist appointment. Despite needing four teeth pulled in a day, over ten cavities overall, and a baby root canal, I am still one of the few lucky ones who actually looks forward to and gets excited to go to the dentist. I can’t ever wait until I get the appointment reminder in the mail because I absolutely love going to the dentist.
I would especially recommend her for young children because she treats them with kindness and compassion but she also works on adults as well.
I don’t know what I’m gonna do when she retires.

A short disclaimer: I am not a horrible mother even though my girl has had 3 cavities total between the ages of 3 – 4 yo. The cavities so far seem contained now that Dr. Agnes Mondejar recommended an electric tooth brush over the manual tooth brush. So, she has not had any cavities since age 5yo (Dr. Mondejar says that some people genetically have weak enamel even if my girl doesn’t drink soda/​juice/​nor eat much candy)
My daughter has been going to Brea Childrens Dental since age 3yo and she is now 6yo. I can attest that Dr. Agnes Mondejar performed the filling of cavities and root canals with super tiny instruments in a quick, confident matter such that my daughter did NOT have any prolonged torture.
I highly recommend taking your children here for a talented children’s dentist with timely appointments. The only thing is that Dr. Mondejar only takes dental PPO/​cash so it is on the expensive side (but she has been worth every penny so far).
