History

Established in 1995.

Oakmont Senior Living, a family owned and operated company founded by William P. Gallaher, develops and builds premier senior communities on the West Coast, primarily in California. These communities offer a variety of models for senior living, including Assisted Living and Memory Care, Independent Senior Housing, and CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) campuses that offer a full range of services from Independent Living in stand-​alone homes to Assisted Living and Memory Care apartment style buildings.

Manager

Ken Garnett comes to Oakmont with over 17 years of experience in the retirement living industry. Ken decided to pursue the retirement industry as a career and at the age of 25 became one of the youngest Executive Directors for LeisureCare Retirement Communities. He has had the opportunity to work with some leading companies in the industry and most recently managed Bellmont Village of Encino.
