I got the A-​Team Alex and Alex. They were efficient, quick and clean. They did a great job and are very nice young men. I would use them again. Candy in the office is also very efficient and communicates quickly

I used this service 2 years ago on a groupon. I was not overly impressed by the service or the result at the time but thats a risk of groupon. At the time, the owner was here for cleaning and proceeded to tack on extras that were represented on group on as included. I’ve used a window service since and been pleased. 2 weeks ago, I received a call for a representative of CMT that offered to clean our windows again for the same price as 2 years ago. It was about time to get our windows done again, so I figured I would give them another try. The appointment was set by the representative at 2 pm. The day of the appt I received a call from the gentleman who would be cleaning my windows and said they were running early and would be at my home before the scheduled time. I have 2 small children and rushed through the remainder of my errands to get home for him. Soon after, the owner called and said she had an unexpected customer call and she had scheduled them ahead of me and that now my time would be 2:30−3. I was irritated but things happen. I had other errands to run but waited for them. They did not show until after 3:30. Once there, the gentleman walks around my house and counts my windows at the most I’ve ever heard I have… every panel was another «window». I told him that THEY had called ME and told me that they would honor the same price they gave me 2 years prior. I live in the same house and obviously have not added windows to it. He said he had to call his boss who then asked to speak to me on HIS phone. She told me her representative was wrong and their prices had gone up. I told her that SHE had called me and given me the price and now she said the number of windows was wrong on her paperwork. Again, same house, same windows that SHE had been to before… She said that they would walk away if I didn’t pay more so I said OK and hung up her employee’s phone and handed it back to him. Apologized to the 3 employees and explained that she had quoted me a price and I wasn’t paying more to which they were all apologetic. I called Candee, the owner, a bit later to express my disappointment and she was the rudest individual I think I have ever spoken with. She refused to apologize and told me her prices had gone up. I reminded her that she is the one that quoted the price for a house known to her, to which she had no reply or apology. I told her I was going to write a Unilocal review. She said, «go ahead, I am the number one window cleaner in orange county». Someone like this does not deserve mine or anyone’s business. EVER. I wish I didn’t have to give any star. How dishonest, unprofessional, and downright rude.

I am extremely impressed with the integrity and caring of the owner, Candy. She is someone who is clearly dedicated to giving her customers great service with fair and competitive pricing. CMT is deserving of a full 5 star rating. As with any window washing service, make sure you understand how each company determines window count. Also, to avoid misunderstandings, make sure you clarify if price quotes are for outside only or both inside and outside.

They came on time with a large crew but that’s the only thing they did right! There were water stains left on my windows, the tracks that I paid extra for were completely dirty still. I could clean windows better than this. I want my money back. This is the last time I get my windows professionally cleaned. I’ll do a better job myself next time and get a massage afterward.

I got the Groupon for CMT Window cleaning and I’m very happy with the results. They were great communicators and sent an email reminder and text reminder. I read some previous reviews so I knew to ask up front what was extra so there were no surprises. The crew that came was on time, professional and very friendly. It took a lot less time than I thought, which was great. When the construction is finished in our community, I’ll pay regular price and we’ll get the screens done as well (we just did the glass for now). Thumbs up!!!

I had my windows washed this week by CMT. Crew of about 4 came and they were all very friendly and on time (hence the two stars).
However, they left my house a complete mess. Furniture wasn’t moved back, curtains were half way moved on rods, someone had to step in my bathtub to clean the window and left foot prints and dirt in there, my outdoor garbage cans were moved and left right by my front door. And to top it off… MY WINDOWS HAVE SPOTS ON THEM!!! When I asked the gal before she left why I had wet spots on my windows, she stated «Oh we use a product that dries spotless.»
I would not use them again unfortunately. There are too many other companies out there that are willing to do a professional job, honor their prices and provide a quality experience.

I purchased a deal through Groupon, 25 exterior windows which is really panes, ended up paying an additional 84 dollars when they showed up. they were going to charge me an additional 50 cents per pane because my water pressure was not strong enough, when they asked me if I was willing to pay the extra 50 cents I said no and they then found a way for it to work. My window sills were filthy which tells you about how much work was actually done, not at all happy about the experience, will check Unilocal in the future before buying a Groupon.

CMT cleaned my windows earlier today, and I am very pleased with the results. Even before they arrived, booking the appointment by phone and text was easy. I received a confirmation two days before the scheduled cleaning, and the staff arrived on time. They worked efficiently and effectively. And, now my windows are sparkling! I would not hesitate to recommend CMT Window Cleaning to friends and family. We have hired other window washers in the past and not had just great results.

CMT window cleaning just did my window cleaning last week on ⁸⁄₂₈. Two things they didn’t do good — 1. They broke my window screen when they take it off for clean without telling me; 2. They broke the hose of water line in my backyard without telling me. As a professional window cleaning business, they should tell customers what they did even it’s an accident mistake. I am not fully appreciate this and won;t use them again. Nina Z.

personal house and also thru our business I cannot say enough good things about

WE LOVE CMT! Wonderful experience! Expert window washing! Great crew! With large windows two and three stories up, plus difficult hillside access, our home offers an extra-​ordinary challenge to anyone attempting to clean the windows. CMT came out for an initial assessment, then returned (on their day off!) with a fine crew of four very nice and very professional folks who did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning (both the panes and the screens). Polite, efficient, thorough… with sparkling clean results! We hope the windows get dirty again soon so we can call CMT back for more (well, maybe not that soon). THANK YOU, CMT!

Disappointed. They tried to charge me double for sliding windows. They said each pane of glass is a separate window. I have lived in my typical Orange County tract house 27 years. I have 22 windows. As of today they said I had 37! Every other company I have used the past has always charged me for 22 windows. Don’t waste your time trying to reason with them.
I purchased a Groupon coupon for the washing of 25 windows. I wasn’t about to pay them double for my sliding windows so they ended only washing 25 panes of glass. Hard to comprehend, I know.
In addition, they did not reinstall some of the screens on my second floor windows. The supervisor was supposed to do a walk-​through at the end of cleaning but she never made it upstairs and I didn’t see them until after they left. I won’t be calling them back.

Two stars for showing up on time and having a large crew to do the job in a hurry.
I bought a Groupon but have to say it was a total waste of money. They do a good job of cleaning windows… if your windows are already clean. There are charges upon charges extra if you actually want to clean dirty windows. They made no effort to clean my windows that were above an aluminum cover. Ok, fine. I’ll accept that.
But every time I pointed out stains or smudges, they had an excuse or an extra charge. «That’s hard water. Extra charge. That’s probably a scratch. Your tracks are excessively dirty.» I got tired of the back and forth. Their idea of cleaning tracks is one swipe with a rag. That’s it.
I’d appreciate one price that gets you clean windows. The end.

wow what lies. No walk through was done. How would Candee know when she was not here. Maybe instead of always making excuses she should train her people better. After the first phone call she didn’t want to fix the mistakes only make excuses for her team. Then I wrote about my experience here and all of a sudden she wants to send a team out. No thanx you had your chance the first time. She also was condescending to my husband on the phone. Her workers should double check their work. I noticed my screens had streaks after it became dark that night. I revised my stars for Candee calling back a 2^nd time. After reading Candees response I can see she still needs to check up on her workers not make excuses and not take their lack of skills so personal. I learned a good lesson, clean my own windows.

CMT has done a great job and they have friendly and professional staff. I reschedule without problems. Very nice to be able to see outside again without looking at dirty screens.

I found CMT through Groupon and I am VERY happy with the whole experience. It was easy to book my appointment and was given all details over the phone. As soon as I hung up I was sent a txt and email confirming my appt. A couple days before my appt I was sent another txt and email as a reminder.
On the day of the appt the cleaners arrive on time and were quick to complete the entire job. They were friendly and did a GREAT job!
I highly recommend CMT.

I would like to say… they have very bad customer service, especially if you book it through Groupon. Besides the inpatient customer service, they will tell you ahead of time that THERE IS A MISPRINT ON GROUPON. Additional services cost is in fact doubling what is printed on Groupon.

I bought a 25 window cleaning service on amazon. When I called to claim it the owner rambled on and on about all the things that werent included. After agreeing to pay the additional charges I asked to schedule and she gave me a date that was 28 days out. apparently she wasnt going to be in my ‘area’ which is Newport Beach. When I questioned that time period she told me to call Amazon and get my money back. Pretty disappointing…

I too used CMT through a Groupon and am very happy I found them. They were scheduled to arrive between 1 – 3 p.m. And they called about 11:15 and asked if they could come earlier since they had finished their previous appointment early. We told them to come on over! They arrived about 15 minutes later and the two-​man crew went to work like a couple of window cleaning tornadoes (in a good way!) My windows now look brand new. Yes, they even remove their shoes when coming inside. We were very impressed and plan to start using them on a regular basis.

We bought a Groupon for CMT Window Cleaning — SO WORTH IT! They also washed and dried all the screens and tracks for $ 3 each — which I think is a great deal, considering how much time it used to take me to do all that! They were very thorough, fast, friendly, and considerate (they took their shoes off to enter the house to wash the insides of the windows). Our 2-​story loft is so much brighter now!
